Location is pretty ok, not too far away to walk to the center of Dublin (although a 45' walk to get to the Guinness Storehouse). Bus stop in front of the hotel. Not a hotel for a 'room with a view', we looked out to an office (and they could look into our room - privacy?). Pretty noisy. Quality of... More

Great value for money. We were 4 girls sharing one room. quick check in. Room was clean and everything we needed. Nice breakfast in the morning. Very close to O'connell street, literally 2 minutes walk from the top. Nice place to return to after a day sight seeing Would use again

The location of this hotel was great...an easy walk to the heart of Dublin and transportation to other parts of the city. The room, however, was dated and needed updating. There is no air conditioning, and the windows only opened a couple inches with no cross-ventilation, so even though the weather was cool, the room was always hot. Breakfast was... More

Used the hotel with 8 friends for my birthday weekend. It was booked for months in advance yet the rooms were muddled up when we arrived and we didn't get he rooms we had booked. Unable to have shower as all water was freezing cold, informed by staff that boiler was broken but assured it would be fixed that day.... More

So Dublin was the last stop on our tour of Scotland and Ireland. Great hotel, central location. A lot of cafes, pubs and restaurants located very close by. All the bus tours and the Airport Express bus stops are nearby. Room was a bit small but cosy. Bathroom had only a shower in it. The staff was courteous and polite... More

We really liked the hotel; the staff were accommodating, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. Our only complaint was that that room was quite hot and that there was no hot water the second day of our stay; we were told that it was due to a problem with the boiler on both counts. The location was absolutely... More

The hotel is located on Connely street, which is where a lot of tours start, so it's very convenient as a base. Temple Bar is 15 min walk. The room was spacious enough and clean. Bathroom had enough space too. I was expecting something time based on all the reviews. Staff was THE BEST. I've met quite a few of... More

Stayed here for one night at the end of our trip. Luckily we didn't spend too much time in the room. We were on the 4th floor and the room was incredibly small, barely big enough to walk around the bed. Don't expect to get WiFi if you're on the higher floors, the signal is too weak and you have to... Had a great stay here recently. We were attending a concert in the Gaiety Theatre. The room was lovely, clean & comfortable. And the bathroom was like brand new, lovely tiles etc. Hotel in general is lovely. Will definitely be returning again.

Spend 2 nights here and was absolutely satisfied. Official category is 3* so dont have await anything. Was really surprised. Check in quick, room in 2-nd floor. Our room was nice, bed comfortable and bathroom big. Everything was clean. Breakfastroom downstairs, for a 3* good selections of ham, chese, fruits, yoghurt. Who want to have not only cold breakfast, can... More
