Spent 2 nights in this hotel with the family in July and can safely say I won't be back. It is so outdated, scruffy and well below the standards required. The staff in general are good but the cook in the kitchen at breakfast time was awful. She was angry, obviously hated her job and basically lacked manners. She was... More

I would like to thank the staff at the Regency hotel for making our trip to Dublin special. The hotel is in a great location and has a great leisure centre to keep the kids entertained. Will be back for another visit in the future.

We stayed at this hotel with another other family members as a getaway for the kids. We booked the package that included an evening meal and tickets to tayto park. When we arrived the room was not ready so we went into the bar for coffee and a scone. We hadn't even finished when the bar staff started to spray... More

We go every year to the Regency Hotel in the leafy Dublin suburb of Drumcondra. Good value, family packs to include Dublin Zoo or the brilliant Tayto Park and a great family leisure centre. Hotel only 15 mins to Dublin city centre by train, 15 mins north to the airport and 10 mins to the M50 motorway. Comfortable, casual and... More

Have just returned from a two night stay with my partner and three kids in the regency - tayto park tickets included, evening meal on the first night and breakfast each morning - 310 euro for the lot. We've stayed before and are aware that it's not five star but good value accommodation for a family break. Definitely seems to... More

Very nice hotel which is conveniently located for Croke Park and the City Centre. Taxi to and from the airport was 18 euros. Bar had a good atmosphere and live music. Breakfast very pleasant. Had a room overlooking the Wicklow Mountains which added to the experience. Would recommend the hotel and all staff were very pleasant.

Stayed here one night with my partner as we were attending a concert at Croke Park. Took the wrong way to the hotel but I called them and the lady was lovely and gave us directions which was great. We decided to have dinner in the bar (the resturant was empty) we both had the southern fried chicken burger which... More
