No desk in the 2 rooms I stayed in. Street parking. Yes a safe. No coffee maker in the room - the kitchen is quick to deliver though. It's one long block to St Stephen's Park, the start of the city center - the team can be caught near the park.
This is a true B&B small hotel, very individual, not a commercial travel hotel, if that makes sense.
