We stayed 2 nights here while we saw the sights of Dublin. It was centrally located without being too noisy at night. The rooms are small and basic but were very clean and serviced daily. There is also an in-room safe. Front desk staff were always friendly and they are there 24/7. The wifi didn't work up on our level... More

Danny and Paul were great as we had booked the wrong dates and they took care of us in finding us a room last minute! Room and bathroom were small but clean. Cons for families visiting were no lift for the buggie, lack of attention by servers in the dining room and lack of a menu for breakfast (though they... More

Pros: The bed was comfortable enough and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shower water stayed hot, which was not the case at other hotels on our trip. The place was in a convenient, safe, and walkable location. Cons: Room was cramped (no room to open 2 small carry-on suitcases). The room had a mysterious closet that... More

The location was perfect and the food at the pub and restaurant attached was very good! The attendants in reception were so helpful and patient! They went above and beyond as did the kind woman in the breakfast room. That being said, the rooms were rather run down and small and the hair on the linens totally turned me off.

I was mugged in this restaurant and the manager and staff was rude. They could care less that a customer stole my wallet while sitting at the table. Stay away from this place but if you have to go be VERY CAREFUL!!!!! They could care less that I was a foreigner of their country. I was very upset and all... More

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who advised where the closest catholic church was and we were allowed to leave our bags there until checkin. Clean hotel, housekeeping service cleaned up well everyday and very central in Dublin. Tea and coffee making facilities in room Free wifi. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely love this place. Every time we stay in Dublin, we stay here. Strangely, we have stayed in the same room each time! The restaurant/breakfast area is excellent. Next to this is The Celt..a bar with live music every night. Fabulous atmosphere, lovely staff and the best guinness around. Would recommend it to anyone. We were only there a couple... More

What a lovely endroit! Dublin at it's finest -- centrally situated, close to the museums, bars, taverns...everything magical Dublin has to offer. Sean at the front desk is especially helpful and kind, schlepping my massive bag and making sure I was inundated with tea. Ciara helped me with directions to the outskirts of town, on foot. The beds are comfy... More

The hotel is in a very nice location, the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and in good condition, they lack air conditioning but you don't need it even in summer, actually. The bad point here would be the room's size. Ours was extremely small and the bedroom even more, to... More

I had no idea how conveniently located this hotel was when I booked it. There is a banner above Talbot Street that says you are in the heart of Dublin. It's true. A short walk gets you where you want to go--for the most part. Across the street is a produce store and a grocery store. Down about 4 buildings... More
