Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and then the option to receive a full Irish breakfast. Really sets you up for the day ahead. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Will certainly be back.

Wrote a review on here on 27th November - my only negative at that time was no wifi signal in my room on the third floor. I was back again on a training course in Dublin in Jan and booked here again, for €49 for the night, including breakfast. This time I received personal confirmation via email from the guesthouse... So pleased on our arrival to see it was a great location. Hotel with restaurant and pub all next to each other. I have never met such friendly staff, who advised, guided and laughed with us. Absolutely spotless rooms and an Irish breakfast to die for. We will be seeing you very soon....

Is located just between the Dublin km 0 and the Connolly Station. The room is ok, small but just what you need for couple of nights staying, only problems with sound proof walls .. you can easily hear what the neighbors saying. As i said in other comment I had, I do not understand why you can have a heat... More

I jcame down to Dublin for a week from Belfast, to explore the city. I stayed in the Celtic Lodge and found it very good value for money. I had a small single room but had everything I needed including tea/coffee making facilities, a good flat screen tv and it was en suite with a very good shower. The room... More

You get what you pay for! Simple room with shower and toilet suite. Can upgrade when you arrive to include breakfast which was nice! Located just out of the center and about a 10 minute walk to temple bar. They can hold your luggage for you after check out for no fee which is a nice bonus!

I couldn't find a hotel, and I asked there, the receptionist was so friendly and I got a room, so nice people all around the hotel, giving information about places to visit, places for hiking, gardens, etc. Nice people at the restaurant. Helpful staff. Clean room with ensuite. No doubt, if I go back to Dublin again, I'll go to... More

We have just got back from two nights at the Celtic and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all really friendly- they go out of their way to say hello whenever they see you and answer any questions you might have. Our bedroom was small but perfect for what we needed- clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was served... More
