Wynn's is not air-conditioned. We were there in late September, when Dublin was quite warm. Our room was warm, but we opened the window to cool it off. We even asked at the reception desk if there were an AC unit to turn on, and the answer was no. At night, with the cool air entering the room, the temperature went down substantially, so there was no issue with being able to sleep.
