We spent here only 1 night and it's good to visit Dublin because it's only 15 min on foot from Temple Bar. 230€ for such a small room, with the shower fixed using tape (picture attached) and with the view on the ducting of the inner side is way too much. Never again! At least breakfast (not included but paid separately) was good with enough choice and nice food.

Nice hotel which is really central. Staff really friendly. The lady who cleaned our room worked so hard and left it really immaculate. The bed really comfy. Breakfast lovely ang good value for money. We checked out Wednesday morning and was treated very efficiently by Hakau on reception he had a lovely manner towards customers 🙂🙂🙂

Our stay here didn't get off to the best start. When we got up to our room we discovered it was two single beds rather than a double. That was our fault as had accidentally booked a twin room. Thankfully the staff quickly sorted it for us. Initial impressions of the room weren't great. The public areas of the hotel are very nicely decorated and look rather posh. I was expecting a similar style for the rooms but sadly they look rather dated and in need of an update. There is a lack of plug sockets, a real pet hate of mine when it comes to hotels. There was a double socket by the desk but one side wouldn't let you put in a plug properly and a plug on one side of the bed but not the other. There were a few issues with maintenance such as trim coming away from the bedside table and shower gel dispensers not being attached properly and leaking (see picture of the dirty marks it dripped into the bath). However, the room contains all you need for a short stay and the bed is very comfortable. The gym facilities are also good. Two treadmills, a bike, rower and a cable machine. There was also one dumbbell, not sure where the other one of the pair had gone to! There is a bar/restaurant but we did not use this. The location for the hotel is great, very convenient for us. It is located just off Connolly Street and the bus stop for the airport is just outside (the 747 takes you to and from the airport). Most major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel is very popular with coach tours. There were several groups there during our stay. Overall we were happy with out stay here and would use it again if in Dublin.

Good and clean hotel. Reasonable value for money in good location. Had it not been for the bad service at checkout would have rated very good. We had booked 4 rooms and at arrival I had paid for all 4 and didn’t think anything more of it. At check-out was told additional €160 to pay and no explanation given. The colleague on reception took his time trying to find out why/where the additional charge had come from. During this time I picked up the hotels copy of the receipt from arrival and was then shouted at by a female colleague. The male colleague on reception tried to call her down but she continued to shout. After another 10 minutes(over half hour by this point) it was confirmed I had been charged incorrectly at check in. I paid the additional balance and requested an additional email receipt so I could check this with my records at home. I was naturally worrying at this point about not making it to the airport, I am yet to receive a copy of the receipt.

A little hard to find. Unloading on a dead end street has its pluses and minuses. No problem in general loading but you have to back up to turn around in an alley. The are small rooms but good beds and pillows although not much of a view. The breakfast buffet is in a windowless room. The hotel had a number of tour buses staying there. Electrical outlets and hair dryer in the bathroom. Decent shower but some wasted space in the bathroom. Good regulation of cooling and heating. Lots of twist and turns in the halls getting to our room. Some of the desk personal do not know the alphabet. Parking at the l closest parking garage is 30euros but staying at the hotel will get you a 15 euro discount. Breakfast buffet was okay.
