The best experience I've ever had in a hotel. From the food, room service, staff, room and view, everything was impeccable. Amazing location close to Luas stops and Heuston station. As well as being close to Guinness storehouse and Phoenix park and other tourist attractions. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

This hotel had the best workers in any hotel I have stayed at on my travels. They all went above and beyond. since we were there right before St. Patrick's Day, There was a lot of extra things due to COVID they had to do and a lot they had to do differently but everyone stayed positive and extra friendly! You felt like you were their honored friend. The brunch at this place is unbelievable. It has everything but American bacon. I have allergies and the women who worked there made up a llist which let me know what had my allergens and what I could eat. The restaurant also worked with me. Their bar/ restaurant was also very good and the seating included some nice cosy couch areas to sit with and converse. The rooms were super clean and we had a beautiful view of a park and Guinness. The bathroom was wonderful with extra shower heads and again it was immaculate. During the crisis the hotel took extra special care to protect us from contagion. Thank you to all the workers there!! Check out the artwork on the floor below the main floor.

Stayed here for a sightseeing weekend with a group of 8 girls and would definitely stay again if in Dublin. The rooms were clean and spacious, we had a small problem on check in and it was sorted very promptly by the friendly staff. Good breakfast too which set us up for the day! The sofas in the bar/lounge area were so comfortable and perfect for collapsing into after a long day with an ice cold Guinness! Great location for all the sights which were within a reasonable walking distance - maybe too fAr for those with mobility issues, but the bus and tram stops are right outside so offer an alternative.
