I came to Ireland for my first time and stayed at the Clontarf Castle Hotel. The hotel is breathtaking and the service is A+++. I really enjoyed eating at the Knights Bar inside the castle hotel in a little room called the dungeon, the name does not do this spectacular little room justice. It was secluded and had all the charm on castle living. The staff would come out of the bar/restaurant to take our order and check on on us routinely. We got to know a staff member Enrigue, personally. He was always so helpful and we only went when he was on shift. He is an amazing ambassador for your hotel. He always had a huge smile on his face and made us feel like we were at home. Definitely recommend this Hotel and make sure you say hi to Enrigue!!!

Our stay at The Clontarf Castle was ABSOLUTLEY SPECTACULAR. Great service all around from the staff at the front desk to the concierge. However, one staff member in particular who will live in our hearts for life is the restaurant server named ENRIQUE. A hard worker with wonderful customer service skills,Enrique was the cherry on top of a memorable trip to Dublin Ireland . We wanted to pack him up and take him home to the U.S. with us. These little things are the details that make your stay at the clontarf castle so special and memorable. The Clontarf Castle is the best stay for an Unforgettable experience

If you love castles and Medieval history all in a luxury hotel with easy and quick access to Dublin city center, this is the hotel for you! Absolutely beautiful hotel with a friendly Staff (special thank you to Veejay at the Front Desk and Concierge Desk), clean and luxurious rooms, and great restaurants (especially enjoyed the Knights Bar). For the Medieval castle lovers, you'll be attracted to all the little "nooks and crannies" throughout. This establishment is sure to please and we highly recommend a stay here when visiting Dublin; we're certain to return!

Clontarf Castle Hotel is a fantastic place to stay when in Dublin. We had a quick stopover and having stayed in a castle on the West Coast of Ireland, we wanted to have a similar experience whilst in Dublin. The grounds were meticulously kept and the receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful and pleasant. When we were leaving, Yvonn and Helen bid us farewell with true Irish charm. They suggested we visit Howth (a tiny fishing village just a short drive from the hotel) before heading to the airport. It certainly didn't disappoint! Basically - if you're in Dublin, park your tired self at Clontarf Castle Hotel. It is also a great place to have a pint if you don't fancy heading out to one of the local pubs.

Needed a place to stay in Clontarf and decided to go fancy. The castle, the suite, the bar and the craic was mighty. Impressed by their COVID rules implementation and everything else was business as usual. Pints and food were great.
