Very basic hotel but in a great location. It was easy to find and right in the heart of Temple Bar so everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The room was extremely noisy and since a heat wave hit and there was no air, it was like an oven. They did provide one small fan. There were... More

After reading the Trip Advisor reviews I was expecting a very poor experience however I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in an excellent location to temple bar and there is a bus stop directly outside (you can also get to the airport from this bus stop for a good price). The rooms are aged and run down but clean... More

I stayed here with a group of friends and had a great weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable and in a great location to walk to the bars and shops. Reception were very helpful. We didnt eat in the hotel but had drinks in the bar and appreciated the live music! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This hotel is a one star...two at best. It's old and rundown. The rooms are very small and depressing. This is a hotel that is for students on a budget...not much better than a hostel. It is boiling in our room as the weather is unusually hot...I'm in the room now and can't wait till morning to get out...there is... More

Great hotel in the middle of everywhere. Right across from Dublin Castle. Right down the road from Temple Bar area and close to river and numerous shops, store, and restaurants.Beds are extremely comfortable. Would definately stay here next time I come. Great entertainment in the bar downstairs.

Our second time staying here in 2 years. Great location. Walking distance to so many of the must see in Dublin. Wonderful room in an historic hotel. Attentive staff. Fabulous food and entertainment. Close to pubs but quiet at night. Recommend this to anyone. We will be back.

Good location for the centre of Dublin. Lovely features. Very helpful girl on reception :-) Room a bit small and could do with a bit of a freshen up. Good little bathroom with powerful shower. Very comfy bed :-)

Quite a run down place and outdated but it is clean. All staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Bring your own everything for the bathroom as nothing is provided, including toilet paper unless you're partial to one ply sandpaper. Great shower which was some consolation for the bathroom decor and lack of amenities. We spent 2 nights here including... More

Me and my wife stayed here recently for 3 nights with some of our friends. The hotel is in a great place, right in the temple bar area which has loads of restaurants, pubs and bars. The hotel is also opposite the tour bus stop which we found useful every day to get around and see the sites. Hotel is... More

Good central location in Dublin. Nice bar and helpful front desk. Irish breakfast was typical. Room was a bit dated and water pressure and water temps could be improved. This is a list location on a busy street to beware of that, but it's a trad off for the central location.
