This is an older hotel with Night Clubs beneath and beside it. Don't expect any chance of sleep until 4:00am minimum. Even with the earplugs they provide (warning bells!) the whole hotel vibrates with the noise. 1st impressions of reception staff are of bored people who don't care as long as you have paid. Not even a did you have...

Do not stay at this hotel if you want to get any sleep during your stay in Dublin. The hotel is nice but the rooms are very dated and the beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel has 2 nightclubs in it which are open 7 nights a week. I stayed here on a monday...

My wife and I spent one night in the hotel on a special offer rate of €35.00 including breakfast! I was really taken aback when the receptionist requested a €50 good behaviour bond as I feel this is more appropriate for teenage guests, stag or hen parties or similar rather then responsible adults particularly as we were paying by credit...

We came for a hen night with a group of 15 women of all ages. This hotel is in a great location but there's a nightclub downstairs which is very very loud until 4am. We didn't mind because of the type of group we were but beware. They also charge €50 per room as a deposit for damage.

First impressions, rude unhelpful receptionist, couldn't care less attitude & smart with it. Manager looked like she just been woken up in her office & had could not care less or be bothered. Management you need a secret shopper, horrendous first impression. Hotel needs updating, smell of smoke in the bedroom (19) was very bad & got worse as the...

Stayed here night before the marathon. Receptionist was rude to start with. Asked me for a €50.00 deposit which isn't mentioned anywhere even though I had pre-paid. Looked at me as if I had 5 heads when I queried this! ....Oh, and just as I was heading to my room with my tatty plastic key card she decides to tell...

We stayed here thinking that it would be close to the bus station as we were traveling by bus. Big mistake. The hotel is about a 20+ minute walk and has not shuttle. We had to leave so early that we did not get the promised full Irish Breakfast. It was almost 7 am and the chef had not arrived....
