The venue, location, and value for price were fantastic. Despite the fact that we were staying at the hotel when Dublin's lock-down was initiated, the same quality of service continued until our departure.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family and friends. The rooms are very stylish with neat fittings and a sense of glamour. The room was of a good size and had everything you needed, the bed was comfortable, there was a decent sized flat screen television, ironing board etc along with coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast was great with a wide range of choices including hot and cold foods and my wife who is gluten free was easily able to find foods she could eat. The bus is conveniently located for exploring Dublin with Trinity and the Book of Kells around the corner, Grafton street in 10 mins walking of the Post Office 10 mins the other way whilst the Hop-on hop-off bus stopped outside!

Really bad experience with this hotel. I tried to cancel my reservation after the coronavirus travel band was announced, but despite emailing 3 times I still did not get a response. Checked my credit card and sure enough they charged me for the room as fast as they could. Wish they answered emails with the same dedication they give to taking my money. Too many great hotels in Dublin with equaly convenient locations to tolerate this type of treatment. Returning to Dublin in a few months and I'll make sure the next trip is to a reliable hotel that values my business.
