I am having a good time in Trinity City Hotel, from start to finish it is amazing. As I have to accompany my daughter to Dublin for her junior freshman year in Trinity College, with also having arranged to meet our family new-born baby, I have planned to stay in Dublin for 2 months. Due to the lockdown and with the restrictions not allowing travel to and from Dublin, I am unable to meet the new-born baby. A bit upset though but good that all the staff of Trinity City Hotel is very friendly and sincere, they are very cheerful and makes me feel like home staying in this hotel. With the lockdown on level 5, the hotel will need to shut down for the period, though I believe the MHL Hotel Collection Group, with several hotels herein Dublin will make necessary arrangements for the client but I am still a bit worried what will happen ahead. Stephen O’Sullivan, the Room Division Manager, has done a wonderful job finding me a place in The Westin Hotel. Raluca Isbasescu, the Guest Relationship Manager, who always greets me with a bright smile is patience and caring, she has even accompied me to check-in into The Westin Hotel. Thanks Stephen and Raluca for all the kindness. All the staff in Trinity City Hotel is friendly, helpful and caring, they're a good team of staff and they are awesome. Thanks also to Anna-Maria Filimon, F&B Supervisor, Ana Maria, the Duty Manager, Jannary Galindez, the Front Office Supervisor, Stephen Kelly, Front Desk Manager, and all staff. My heartfelt thanks for the hotel staff's kindness and care during my stay, they put me in ease under these unusual times, and walked by my side all the way through the strange experience of the lockdown period. I am writing not only to express my appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff but also hope that Trinity City Hotel understands the quality staff and what a wonderful staff team they have. Definitely I will come back again to Trinity City Hotel on my next visit to Dublin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. We felt safe and comfortable with how the hotel handled sanitising touch contacts to minimise any risk of infection due to Covid. Thank you....

We had our very small (Covid restrictions!) wedding reception at the hotel this weekend and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I started organising with the events people to the moment we left on Saturday every staff member was amazing and went out of their way for us! The bedrooms were fab and enormous and all the food was amazing. Really highly recommend the hotel for any family gatherings or stay in the city. Thank you to all the staff for making our day so relaxing and enjoyable.

Spent Saturday night in this wonderful hotel. From the start walking in, January at reception was nothing but nice & helpful. The room was lovely, spacious & clean - our balcony looked over the city. The hotel was beyond covid safe, and never once felt at risk - Plenty of space in dining room, with sanitizing stations all around the hotel. Dinner was lovely, staff were great. Breakfast the next day was also delish. Didn't catch his name, but the jolly Dublin server was so nice.

I visited this stunning hotel this weekend with my partner as a birthday treat. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the friendliest service. The decor is beautiful and the outdoor courtyard was great for pre dinner drinks. We had a two course dinner included in our package and the food was delicious. The cocktails were to die for, our first since lockdown, a mojito and a cosmopolitan. Breakfast was very substantial with a cold buffet served with individually wrapped charcuterie, yoghurt and fruit pots along with a choice of cooked breakfasts. The bed was so comfy we hated leaving. It was like a happy little oasis of calm and normality, and although they followed all health and safety measures, due to the friendly staff we felt like we escaped the pandemic for one really lovely night.
