The highlight has to be the fact that we were able to do an early check in the morning of our arrival. They did not guarantee it prior to our arrival, so it was a very pleasant surprise. Room was clean and had a decent amount of space. The onsite restaurant has a good breakfast.

I should probably stop writing reviews for my Mespil Hotel stays but I do believe when it's a quality establishment then it deserves to be talked about. Since my last review in November written about my September stay I've been a guest at the Mespil in December for 5 nights

The hotel is perfectly located. The personnel is very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. I found a parking space in front of the hotel which was very convenient. I will stay at this hotel for any future stays in Dublin.

Based on photos I've seen and other reviews, I think your stay at this hotel may vary greatly depending on your room selection. I stayed there one night and my husband stayed an additional 4 nights for a work conference. I think he must have been in the lowest level room, and it

Is there nice bars etc within close proximity? And how long does it take to walk to the centre? Thanks!
Thank you for your question. There are a number of great bars beside the hotel. The front desk team will be happy to direct you to these. There is an option of gluten free bread. And Ireland sis very good at identifying food allergies.
Ireland is very food conscious, most menues have food allergies at the bottom of the page.

I'd get the Airlink 757 bus to St.Stephen's Green, 11 euro return for an adult - you can book online in advance. From there you can walk down Baggot Street to the Mespil in about 10 minutes, or a taxi would be less than 10 euro depending on the traffic.
