I was surprised at the friendliness and comfort of the staff and facilities at this hotel. After booking and paying for the hotel I thought I had made the wrong decision. However, this was a great surprise, rooms very clean comfortable with all yo need for a stay in Dublin

Many choices but we selected the Beresford for a week stay. I like old style hotels and this one is a good example. Squeaky floors but lovely decor, well equipped and very clean. The staff were very friendly at Reception. The room large and well equipped. Tried the bar for dinner and it was good basic pub grub. Great hotel...

I was a little bit worried after reading some of the reviews but I was highly impressed. Our room was huge. Despite needing updating, it was lovely. Completely fit for purpose. It is very close to the centre- 5/10 mins walk. You feel very safe, especially with staff on the door at night. The rooms are clean. The staff are...

While I did not expect much having read previous reviews on Tripadvisor, I still was underwhelmed having stayed here. Does exactly what it says on the tin,Nothing.Don't bother visiting,€139 for room only is way over the top for this place.

Stayed here on a Thursday night for a reasonable rate. Very convenient location and didn't hear any noise as other reviews had. Room was spotless and comfortable but lift didn't go quite to the floor room was located on - so a bit of walking. Room decor as good but the common areas could do with updating/redecorating. Overall comfortable for...

All hotels sold out. A crazy rate of 209€ for a room worth 60€ max!!!! A small room, old fashion, a very tiny desk to work, a bathroom out of age... really not the place to dream about. This said nice people at the front desk.

I'd visited this hotel twice before, two and four years previously. After a fine first visit, the second was a disappointment, but this one was somewhere in between. It's in an excellent location, with a pleasant looking exterior, and the reception area gives you a feel of a premium hotel. As I managed to avoid getting a room in the...

The staff were mostly very patient and helpful but the rooms are very after and basic and the Wi-Fi connection was too weak in our room to work. However if you just need an affordable base in a fairly central location it does the job!

recently returned from the Beresford hotel, and i am delighted to say that reception staff in the hotel, especially Luca is worth to be mentioned, as he gave the full information and paid attention to all the requests i had. Even at the time it was busy he went an extra mile suggesting the places to visit and best restaurants...

Very noisy hotel. The hotel room was very hot but the air conditioning unit broken. We slept with the window open to cool down but the room overlooked the railway line, which was pretty noisy, and also the street where some hostels were located which was even noisier due to large groups of young people drinking and smoking in the...
