Staff very friendly. Liked that we could check in online ahead and give them our ETA. Because of this, our room was available as soon as we arrived, which was 3 hours before normal check in at 15:00. The hotel is right at the airport bus stop so no having to drag luggage up/down streets. Well located for restaurants, coffee...

This is a very central hotel on the famous O'Connell Street on the north side of the River Liffey. It is a wide street with the old GPO made famous during the Easter Rising. It is also a main shopping street. The hotel has been a landmark for many years but much of it has been modernised. I had a...

The Gresham is in a good location, across from the Post Office where the Easter Rebellion occurred in 1916. When the city tramline's is finally completed (in 2017? 2018?) it will be a great location. It's a historic building, but has been well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Because of my jet lag, I made frequent use of the tea...

The hotel location is very good and perfect for visiting the town and attractions. The hotel staff is very friendly, correct and helpful. I had diner twice in the toddy's bar and brasserie. very good food. However I think the room was very basic and not so charming without any view. Also the breakfast was not to my expectation. I...

The hotel is in a central but not very nice area of Dublin. It is quite obvious that it is an old hotel and in need of a refurbishment. The room was quite spacious but not very convenient since there is a lack of plugs, low wi-fi signal and not many amenities. For its quality the hotel is extremely overpriced.

Very pleasant stay, friendly staff and nice rooms. The shower and the bath tub are definitely created to relax in. The food at the lobby bar was also very tasty, the wine delicious. We got a very good deal! Will be returning! Thank you.

Had a lovely stay. Room 544 spacious and quiet. Fast and efficient. Checked in on line and received text to say our room was ready to occupy at 2.00pm. Staff friendly and polite. Lou only disappointment was our dinner in Toddys bar. We were left over 45mins between our starter and main course. We were not the only unhappy customer...
