Candonrad is a business hotel in Dublin, at walking distance from a large park (forgot the name) and from the main market. The staff is warm and the rooms are excellent in layout, cleanliness, and hygeine. The breakfast spread is above average and check in and out procedures were smooth.

I got a very good price on this hotel through laterooms (Top Secret Hotels) but wouldn't return even at this lower price. I can't fault the service or friendliness of staff and the location was excellent but I found the bed very unconfortable and surprisingly small for a double bed. The room was functional and satisfactory but I can't figure... More

Dear Caronach, It is disappointing to learn that you did not enjoy your stay at Conrad Dublin and surprising that you did not find our new beds comfortable, our beds are made exclusively for Conrad Hotels and Resorts and usually our guests rave about them. Thank you for your feedback however, it is much appreciated. Yours sincerely, Martin Mangan General... More

We had booked the family on an extended weekend break, booking two rooms and a crib for our baby. Arrival was perfect, doorman took care of our luggage and I was warmly welcomed at reception and check-in was ready - even a suite upgrade for this gold member, my lucky day. What a treat, lovely leisure suite facing the National... More

I brought my family to Dublin from Chicago for a week this March and stayed at the Conrad Hilton. My review comes from the point of view as the dad. I have stayed at many hotels (including Ritz Carltons, Four Seasons, JW Marriott, etc.) around the world and would rank the Conrad Hilton as a First Class 5 Star Hotel.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights while sightseeing in Dublin, and were very pleased. The room was nice and large, wonderful beds (best night's sleep we've had in a while!), and a fantastic breakfast. Very conveniently located near Stephen's Green, and a very helpful and accommodating staff made our stay a very pleasant one. The one downside is it does... More

We had not stayed in the Conrad for appox two years and I reviewed the Hotel at that time. I happened to mention that on our arrival, which was also a Saturday, we were met on entering by an extremely strong smell of fish. While being a fish lover, one would not expect that a "five star" establishment would smell... More

Located just steps to St Stephens Green park just a beautiful spot to pack a lunch and become a local. Don't forget to save some for the Swans, but don't try to get two close! Nice coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. Shopping is closest reached thru the park! We walked to everything, but we enjoy walking! Take the DART... More

The Conrad Dublin is a great hotel. It's located very close to Stephen's Green, through which one reaches the upscale shops of Grafton and surrounding streets. There are also many great pubs close by. The service at the hotel is impeccable, and the rooms are comfortable (fabulous king bed and linens) with great amenities and products. An extra bonus: the... Last week my partner and I attended an awards dinner in the Conrad. We stay in Dublin hotels quite often, but had never visited the Conrad. We decided to give it a go, even though it was very expensive we thought it might be a treat. It was not. Check in: the woman we dealt with was a trainee and... More

We stayed here one night to be close to an important event in the city centre. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting us to find nearby locations. We particularly appreciated being given access to the car park beyond our checking out time as we Christmas shopped in the city.
