We stayed here two nights. The staff is helpful, and someone is at the front desk 24hrs. The room was clean and a good size but a little run down. The shower was pretty small. It was very quiet at night. You have to register for a wifi account, which gives you 24 hours free. We left before breakfast was... More

Staying there with 3 other couples for a close friends 30th. From the outside the building is extremely dated and did not look good at all, in reception it was small but much much more up to date and quite nice. Rooms where very big but again dated. Bathrooms the same. I know it's Dublin but we paid a small... More

Very Clean and comfortable, no bad smell Also have a table by the window so we can enjoy our meal and relax. Good location, near by heuston station but far from the Main Street (if you walk). Sadly, the stream of shower is ultra, ultra and ultra weak.

Stayed in this hotel Aug 2016. V close to luas making is very accessible. We stayed for one night , on arrival the man at reception was very friendly and ensured us that anything we needed help or fixed would be done. Room was on first floor. It was double room and was very spacious enough room for both of... More

Conveniently Located near to Heuston station and good tram links to city centre. Clean, comfortable, basic 3 star hotel with no frills. Bedroom fine, bathroom very small without any extras or bath mat. Fine for a couple of nights visit.

We stayed four nights in this hotel and on the first night discovered the bed was wonky, we reported it to reception and were told it would be replaced or fixed that day. Got back that night to find it hadn't been, reported to reception again and told there was nothing they could do about it. The phone in the... More

We just spent 1 night in that place. The lift and corridors were very narrow, it was a tough job getting our luggage into our "room". The "room" had a terrible tobacco smell, the bathroom was 1.5 meter by 2 meter, there was mould and the smell of mould. Avoid this "hotel" at all cost when you're claustrophobic. We paid... More

This hotel has 3 stars and I'm disappointed to say that it should be reviewed. The single room was located above the reception along the hall and the walls are not soundproof, so it was quite noisy. I had to ask for towels as they were none and the shower tray filled up with water. Otherwise, the room was clean... More

I chose this hotel due to the fact that Heuston Station was so close. That was the only plus... no phone in the room.. small.. noise from the street .... so glad it was only one night. There are other nicer hotel close by .. chose one of those!
