Location is brilliant, the rooms are basic but clean, just needs modernising and breakfast a little better but can't complain for the price of the place. Defiantly warm and welcoming. Would visit again.

I very much enjoyed my 5-night stay at the Mont Clare Hotel. The service was thoughtful and welcoming. When I checked into the room, I was surprised to find that housekeeping hadn't quite finished, as there were towels left on the bathroom floor, however, a call to Reception remedied that quickly. In fact, the woman I spoke to (whose name...

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Lots of variety at breakfast and Abdul gave very efficient and friendly service. Food in bar was superb, especially the Chocolate fondant. Sean and Thomas looked after us well, creating a friendly atmosphere. Only thing I would improve was the lighting in the room, it needs to be brighter.

My husband visited the O'Callaghan Mont Clare hotel a couple of weeks ago to see a rugby match at the Aviva stadium . In terms of location for the stadium it was super, pretty much a straight walk. Staff were helpful both in reception and Oscars bar restaurant. Room was a bit tired, nothing to complain about but just needs...

In the middle of city center. A hotel with an old style luxurious feeling to it from you enter the lobby, the rooms and the breakfast room. The rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had in Dublin.

Spent three days stay at hotel. Staff were brilliant especially Sean, Thomas and Abdul. Will definitely recommend and go again . The only slight issue I would raise was that the rooms very warm at night, even though the temperature outside was cold . Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay

Lovely staff on arrival but when I got to my room it was extremely hot. Rang the front desk straight away and they sent someone up to fix it and they left. I called them again 3 hours later as there was no improvement and again they sent someone up and apparently because someone turned up the radiator so high...

The twin room we had was well furnished and comfortable with a good bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel was available. The breakfast was €13.50 for a cooked 'full Irish', plus cereals, toast, drinks, cold meats and so on. The cooked element was OK, although it was a bit skimpy and no continental option was actively offered on the first morning....
