Not much of a guesthouse or hotel....pretty basic ....but it was less expensive than many available. A very basic room, in a very dated and unfashionable style. But it was clean and had all one needed for a short stay. Excellent location...and very nice friendly staff

Staying here on the hottest day/night of the year without air conditioning was not a good start. Kept awake all night by seagulls making a whole lot of noise!! The room had a safety deposit work which didn't work - neither did the bedside lamp. On the positive side, staff were friendly and the location is near to city centre... More

Small older B&B style room which included shower, toilet, sink, as well as a TV, kettle, iron and ironing board. Room was clean with daily maid service. Room had a skylight window which could not be opened, nor did it appear to have air conditioning. Fortunately outside temperatures were in the 20 to 22 degrees range, so no issues. Staff... More

And are used to water flushing around your head the hole night - go there! I couldn't find any sleep at all! Seriously do something about your pipes! And the bathroom itself... So tiny I could barely turn around! (I am not fat btw) The hotel is good located, that's it! But honestly 200euro for two nights... Not worth it!... More

The rooms were clean and nicely made. The rooms were simple and did not have many facilities, for example it had no hair dryer, toiletries or tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were comfy, but the room was very warm, with little we could do to cool it. The breakfasts were again simple but good- eggs, beans, toast, bacon,... More

We were a group of 16 people that stayed there 3 nights. The hotel is near the shopping streets, close to Temple Bar area (15min) and on the a busy street. But the rooms are in a really great need of serious upgrade: some of the rooms had mold, in others you could hear noises from the other rooms (+water... More

This guesthouse is in a great location in central Dublin. It is easy to walk (with luggage) from the airport bus stop and conveniently located to tour busses and places to eat. The room was modern and clean, of adequate size and the breakfast was good.

I'd really like to write a more positive review. We had a triple room for three nights. Our room was located on the top floor, so lots of steps including a final narrower winding staircase for the final flight. No lift, so lots of huffing and puffing carrying luggage. The room itself was a good size, but the bathroom was... More

This hotel is in a great location BUT is in need of renovation badly, rooms very small and the bathrooms are even smaller, you have to step into bedroom to dry yourself after a shower otherwise you hit your head on the washbasin and the same for the toilet, your knees hit the basin when sitting down. Breakfast was basic,... More
