Popped in for breakfast on a day trip to Dublin. The gentleman who served us was lovely. The food was great and we got a massive pot of tea all for a reasonable price, We will definately come again if we return to Dublin.

Lovely hotel all staff were friendly great location, clean spacious rooms. Found this hotel at the last minute after making a huge mistake of booking to stay at dublin1apartments, big mistake, walked in the hotel and was given a beautiful room for a much less price, thank god we found them!

We arrived at the hotel on Saturday morning to a somewhat strange reception. We were told that we were to early to book in and just leave your bag in reception, I said how was this secure but was just met with a bemused look. Safe to say we left our bag and headed into town for the rugby. When... More

The hotel was a lot better than expected. The only issue we had was the wifi didn't work once in 3 days and the TV controller was faulty too but we didn't spend long enough in the hotel for the TV to bother us. Big room, massive bed and really nice bathroom. We also had breakfast here as it was... More

Overpriced, very dated rooms reeking of smoke even though hotel is non-smoking. Old TV with grainy reception of about five channel, very poor internet, indifferent reception staff, terrible and worn out mattresses, old dated and damaged furniture, cracked sink, old towels, even old bones of a dead bird on the window sill! No desk lamps, no box of tissues, rusted... More

Stopped at the Venue cafe which is part of the Hotel, just to get some quick breakfast. Seemed like a cute little French inspired place, so I was expecting good food. Anyway I ordered blueberry pancakes cause why not, they sound amazing. 10 mins later 2 dry, half burned pancakes were slapped in front of me by this mean waitress... More

Never been to the hotel itself which appears to be very hit and miss, but the bar itself is a fantastic place to go on a Thursday night (Forget Saturday in Dublin, Thursday is where it's at) with lots of friendly approachable women and a nice sexy atmosphere. For those sick of the toe-curling hype about Fridays and Saturdays, they... More

Right downtown Dublin in the heart of neon signs and the drone of hundreds of conversations both indoors and out, with live music in house. Only about 1.5 blocks or 3 min walk to Temple Bar and environs. Don't be dicouraged by the complimentary earplugs--even if you have to use them (and we did not), the location is worth it.... More

This was the final hotel we stayed in Ireland, and the most expensive. I was hoping that for what we paid we'd be getting a nicer hotel, but overall I was really disappointed: - Rooms are pretty dated Our room has a CRT TV, with 19 channels, of which only seven worked. The TV made a really odd and annoying... More
