Clean hotel, friendly staff, great bar & awesome location. We booked this at the last minute for 2 nights as we were let down by our planned accommodation. It was reasonably priced. The twin room we had was clean and you could see Temple Bar from it - it was that close. As a result of the location, it was...

What a wonderful experience! Everyone at this hotel took us in, and took care of us. Give us a wonderful experience. I was very impressed with the customer service. And gave us a great experience for the Dublin life, and true Irish kindness and hospitality! Nice clean, vintage hotel!!

I've been here 5 times over the course of the last year. I was never particularly impressed and I always found the service exceptionally poor. However, The location is so handy and and I love the architecture and the decor. Most recently I went for dinner here with a friend one evening. They had 2 courses for €19.95 on offer....

Avoid this place as much as you can. Trust me there are better places than this around dame street. Unfriendly and ignorant staff. Security that think they are gods, over priced, pickpockets and many more to briefly describe this place

Popped in for lunch - waitress was very helpful and patient with our undecided table. Food was lovely and tasty. A little bit pricey on drinks but worth a visit. Good location. Would definitely go again.

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in for a weekend break we were not even greeted the receptionist didn't even make eye contact and barely spoke a word, really rude and very unwelcoming. We had bed & breakfast included however in the morning we were told that breakfast wasn't included on "their" paperwork so that was that. Staff were...

I booked this hotel for 1 night for my partner and I. WHAT A MISTAKE. On arrival the receptionist was so disinterested and barely spoke. The room, overlooking Dame st, was dark, cracked dirty tiles covering the bathroom floor and we got absolutely NO sleep due to noise all night long from the street. My partner actually thought the window...

We had a decent meal here: the salmon with provencal vegetables was high quality and correctly cooked. Other diners had the steak pie and shepherd pie and were slightly underwhelmed. The prices were fair as were the pours of wine. I guess the bottom line is: avoid the "remains of the day" casseroles. We saw a burger served at a...

The restaurant was a bit dead, and very dark! Food was well presented and hot, but nothing to rave about. Service was a little slow, but generally attentive. In short, not remarkable but not disappointing. Mains in the region of €15-25. Alcoholic drinks between €5-10.
