We stayed at The Hyatt this past weekend for my birthday and so glad we chose this beautiful hotel in the heart of Dublin City, just a 7 minute walk to Temple bar and Grafton Street. From the time we arrived the staff were super friendly and the welcome at reception was exceptional. We had an adjoining room on the 3rd floor which was HUGE!! The biggest king size bed we've ever seen and so comfy, the walk I showers in the bathrooms are genius as I hate stepping over a bath to shower. The food was just gorgeous from massaman curry (get it if you stay) to beautiful hake on the second night, again the evening restaurant staff being super friendly. Now onto breakfast, brilliant selection to choose from and keeps you stuffed until lunch!! The ladies in the breakfast room were so chatty and made you feel right at home, nothing was any bother to them and service was superb. We would highly recommend the Hyatt Centric, don't even think of staying anywhere else if you are travelling to Dublin as it just doesn't get any better than this. From the rooms to the food to the wonderful staff........thank you for a brilliant stay......we'll be back!! Ali

This was our first stay at the Hyatt Centric and our first trip since the easing of restrictions. We previously would have stayed in Dublin 3 or 4 times a year pre COVID but on this trip after reading the hotel reviews we decided to try somewhere new and we were not at all disappointed. The staff from start to finish were so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and dinner we had were all excellent and we felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. It will be interesting to see how it goes when it gets up to full capacity but I have no doubt they will do a fine job. Special thanks to Lisa at breakfast who was very friendly and efficient. Also a big thank you to Caleb on the front desk who was excellent and really looked after us in relation to parking. It’s little things like this that make your stay and we are already thinking of when we can squeeze in another trip and the Hyatt Centric will be where we will be staying in future.

Stayed for one night away with my boyfriend and the Hyatt Centric did not disappoint! The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, the food was excellent quality and large portion sizes made it worth every penny! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be returning myself in the future!
