We stayed here for 2 weeks in a 3 bedroom apartment over Christmas and were very disappointed. When we arrived the apartment was far from what was publicised on their website as it's suffered from very poor upkeep and unacceptable level of care. On arrival our apartment had the horrible stench of an overnight smoking binge and although the rooms... More

We wanted to stay at Kilronan Guesthouse, but they had no family rooms left when we planned to stay ( we have 2 kids, aged 9 and 4), for 4 nights coming up to St Paddy's day. Cormac was very friendly and accommodating, as he suggested that there was an apartment just around the corner from the guesthouse if we... More

This place is more than adequate if your just looking for a place to crash at night, while you enjoy a stay in Dublin. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the lounge area is a decent room for drinking and hanging out, although the big windows let out a lot of the warmth, and the heating seems to be... More

We reserved an apartment in order to prepare some of our own meals and spread out after being on the road over a month, but no apartments were available when we checked in, due to some unexplained problem. We were offered a room but no price reduction. The room was very noisy. The communal breakfast room was packed, with almost... More

The apartment it self was nice in a good section of Dublin. We made our reservation without a problem, but emailing the to prepay and confirm was terrible. They never returned the emails, and I ended up calling the Kilroran House to confirm. When we arrived, the washer/dryer unit was broken, and the manager said they would send someone up... More

I stayed here for 5 days visiting relatives with my husband and 2 young kids (8 and 5). The building was a beautiful georgian mansion just down from st stephens green so for location you couldn't beat it. It's a quiet spot but only a couple of minutes from the city centre and all the museums etc. We had a... More

I really wanted to give the apartment a good review as Cormac on reception was so friendly. But......... the apartment was not clean, the timer for the hot water didn't work and the apartment was very noisy with traffic passing down the road for most of the night. Maybe the noise is the price you pay for a great location... More
