Botanic Villa is a wonderful guesthouse close to the city of Dublin. Ken and Sandra were fantastic hosts. We couldn't have asked for more We stayed there with our son and were welcomed like we were part of the family. Our breakfast was fantastic, must be one of the best Irish Breakfasts in town! We would truly recommend and look... More

Sandra and Ken were extremely kind and helpful, arranging to squeeze me in somehow, even though the place was extremely full, and I arrived without warning. They also went out of their way to find me another place for my last night when it was totally impossible to put me up. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the... More

Ken and Sandra were the nicest most helpful hosts during our stay at the Botanic Villa in Dublin! They provided great suggestions of things to to and see around the city as well as some awesome restaurants and nightlife. Each morning during breakfast, they would ask what we did the previous day and if we needed help with any plans... More

Host was very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was great and is a good distance away from the city congestion. We walked to the city instead of taking a bus, and it took about 20 minutes to get to the city. Good way to save some money on the trip. Bedroom was a little small and the warm, but that... More

Our stay at the Botanic Villa was bought for us by my partner's mother as a surprise 50th birthday gift for the two of us - and what a gift it was! Even though we arrived late on a Sunday due to flight delays, Ken was there waiting for us to explain all about our room, access and the facilities,... More

In German you would evaluate like this: - warm beds - warm shower (irish preassure :-) ) - great Irish! breakfast that keeps you going for the whole day - with 5 mins walk to Botanic Gardens and 10 mins to city centre by bus - Hadigan's just across the street --> good value for your money in Irish: our... Nice place and honest price, I would go there again if needed, but for anything else you have to pay an extra. The man asked me money also if I want to take one banana, this is not very nice if you consider that the area is not the best and wifi cannot reach my room.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend and our room was spotless. Sandra and Ken made us feel at home and genuinely are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up for the day! The B&B is perfectly located, there is a bus stop outside and you can... More

We stayed here for one week in April. Sandra and Ken gave a great Irish welcome on arrival. Sandra has a lovely manner and also makes the most wonderful breakfast, whilst attending to all our needs. Rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable with free WIFI. Great location, walking distance to O Connell Street. We were made to feel like... More
