Garden is beautiful in front of the house. Parking is available. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. There is a bus stop like a block away and there is 3 buses that takes you to the center of Dublin. Lovely pub right in front to eat or drink :)

My wife and I stayed at the Botanic Villa B&B and enjoyed our stay very much. While I'm sure it is not the most luxurious B&B in Dublin, it is very pleasant, the service was great, and the price was very reasonable. Sandra took care of our every need and was a most charming host. The B&B is not in... More

Sandra was so friendly and welcoming right off the bat. She was gracious and sweet from the minute we checked in until when we left. I feel like we've known her forever and left as friends. Breakfast was good, and she hung out with us and chatted which I like. She also called us a cab for our last morning... More

Comfy , clean and hospitable ! Our electrical adaptor was not working & our host generously gave us his as our phone & laptop were depleted. So helpful! Property on a pleasant street only a few blocks (easy to walk) from Glasnevin Cemetery & Dublin Botanical Gardens.

My wife and I found a very nice B&B in Dublin, Ireland. We stayed at the Botanic Villa for two nights. Botanic Villa is located just far enough from downtown that I could get in and out in a car easily, yet the bus lines were right out the front door. The owner was very nice, helpful and we received... More

I felt welcome the minute I arrived! The couple that runs it is incredibly friendly and is more than willing to offer advice about where to go/what to see. We really enjoyed the authentic Irish breakfast and the B&B is in a great location; about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the center of Dublin. Overall, a great experience and... More

Loved our stay in this small, cozy and authentically irish B&B! It´s close to the botanical garden, which turned out to be my favorite attraction in all of Dublin - so very beautiful. There are also another amazing park nearby and during the day the walk along the channel, towards town is nice. There are also a couple of legendary... More

Great location for the botanic gardens with easy and quick bus connections to get into central Dublin. Outstanding service from the owners with good information on check in and a cheerful approach at breakfast (Irish fry-up breakfast - you get to choose which bits you want). Only drawbacks were that the TV was really high up so the angle caused... More
