Sandra is an angel. Any B&B is made worthwhile by the host as is this B&B. It is a quick 20 - 30 minute walk to the spire downtown. Dublin bus is an option outside the door to go to the centre. Our room was clean and had ensuite. From the airport, we had only one bag and took the... More

Can't fault this place at all! Friendly hosts make you feel welcome straightaway like part of their family! Sandra does the best cooked breakfast ever tasted. Free wifi and endless tea and coffee. What a gem to find and will be using this place again many more times. Sandra even gave my daughter 5 euros to spend as we were... More

We stayed here 3 nights in the beginning of our journey and 2 nights at the end of our journey in Ireland. We love walking so it is about a 30 minute walk to the town center. It is close to the botanical gardens and the Cemetery. The Irish breakfast was typical and adequate but coffee a bit weak if... More

We spent four days there in order to visit Dublin. Sandra and Ken are definitely kind people, they're always ready to answer guest's needs. We actually miss them. Very huge breakfast (Irish or continental). The city centre is only five minutes far by bus or 25 minutes far by foot.

A huge disappointment given the rave reviews. The busy side street location is a solid 30 minute walk from the spire landmark in Dublin. We were greeted by an older man who showed us the room and gave information about the bus and a pub. Our tiny third floor attic room was up three flights of steep, narrow stairs. It... More

We spent 4 nights in Dublin and had a wonderful stay at the Botanic Villa. As stated by others the location is easily accessible by bus and the LEAP bus pass made it even easier. Sandra and Ken were fantastic and told us about places to eat and things to do in Dublin, although much of our time was spent... More

We spent 2 nights here and they are the friendliest and most helpful people I have come across. Sandra is just awesome. Just an incredibly nice person. They helped with umbrellas, change needed for buses, directions, anything we needed. The breakfast will probably be the best we will have in 8 weeks of Europe. Fantastic They are only a short...
