Only negative thing is that they don't have intercom facility and room service...otherwise it's an excellent location for commuting anywhere in Dublin Pearse metro station , airport link buses and local buses are just a minute walk

We stayed here for two nights while in Dublin and we were absolutely thrilled. The room was huge and the service was excellent. There is also a pub downstairs that serves very good food. The Lombard is within walking distance to most of the main attractions in Dublin, but is just far enough off of the beaten path to be...

We spend a few days at The Lombard Townhouse. We would like to rate it better, since it has a lot of charm. But the experience just wasn’t top-notch, despite the cheap price. Pluses: The staff is very friendly. And nothing beats having a pub on the ground floor when visiting Dublin. The location is also perfect and within walking...

After a lenghthy, tiring flight from Australia, we spent our first two nights in Dublin at the Lombard and we were welcomed and looked after exceptionally well. The manager Martin, and his staff Mairead and Natalie were all extremely obliging and considerate to us which we were most grateful for. Our room was clean and fresh, bright and comfy and...

Stopped here with my partner for a short 2 night trip. We arrived early around 9am and luckily the pub below was just opening, meaning we could store our bags in the pub until check in time, the staff were helpful to oblige. Once we returned to check in the young lady that showed us up to and around our...

Rooms are above the bar and above a Main Street, Lombard Street - which means lots of street noise and bar noise. The rooms are clean but not that comfortable. Felt like a college dorm. Wifi wasn't very good either. One positive is the price, and the pub has fairly good breakfast.

Nice hotel above the pub The Lombard. Comfortable beds, modern spacious rooms. Right next to Trinity college and airlink 757 busstop and Pearse station. The pub is really nice, nice staff, food and drinks. You can leave you luggage in case of early arrival or late departure.

Highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay that's a very good value, and don't mind a short walk or bus ride to get into the city center. The owner has created a friendly, comfortable place. Pros: room and en suite bath were large and comfortable. We were in room #7 with bright lights across the street, but the blackout...

Our taxi ride in from Dublin Airport was easy. Check in is at 3:00, however they will hold your bags if you arrive early. Check in is at the bar. Access to the rooms is around the side with a keypad. Our room (#3) was spacious, bright, clean and modern with a view of the street below. We ate our...
