We were only able to spend one night on our whirlwind tour of Ireland, but Rossmore Manor was one of our favorite stops. Conveniently located near the town of Donegal, the manor has a breathtaking view of Donegal Bay. We checked in early evening and were met by Jackie and Geoff. Geoff had been very helpful with telephone directions from... More

We cannot recommend this grand B&B enough. Jackie and Geoff make you feel as comfortable as family, and this would be a lovely family to claim! Warm and helpful from the first moment. And we have not found a breakfast to compare to Jackie's menu! Our only suggestion may be to book here at the end of your visit to... More

We enjoyed our stay so much we will return again as soon as possible. Our accommodation was excellent, spacious and relaxing. Geoff and Jackie went out of their way to make us feel 'at home'. Our choice of breakfasts was the best we have ever been offered in Ireland -and the choice of savoury and sweet pancakes were superb. Loving... More

Dave and I stayed two nights recently on our moto tour of Ireland......a gorgeous property with the most amazing views! Our hosts Jackie and Geoff and family were warm and inviting. Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful bay window with a couch for viewing the bay and surrounding hills. The breakfasts were very good--especially Gavin's savory pancake!... More

Stayed last Sunday night as a quick break in the lovely Rossmore manor. We enjoyed our stayed and would recommend this guesthouse on a trip to Donegal. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Next time we come back will try the homemade pancakes looked delicious.

My wife and I stayed at Rossmore Manor, just outside Donegal Town, for three nights in August. What can I say, only 'wow', this place is a hidden gem! It has the feel of a castle as you approach and enter! The hosts Jackie and Geoff are fabulous. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast lovely. The views from... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Rossmore. Our room (the red one) was just magnificent - huge, comfortable and richly furnished - it was really more like a suite. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in away from home. The en-suite was lovely and spotlessly clean. Tranquil location with wonderful views out over Donegal bay. Breakfast... More

We enjoyed the Rossmore, especially liked the rural setting and the fact that we could look out from our room and see the water/bay down below in the distance. The breakfast was also very good while the accommodations were excellent.

We arrived late afternoon on a chilly drizzly day in late June but were graciously and delightfully welcomed by our lovely hostess. We stayed in the Hobbit room, which is huge! We arrived by car but wanted to take a cab into town so we could comfortably have a few drinks. We asked for a taxi service to call but... More

Rossmore Manor is in a beautiful location, and the building itself is gorgeous - unlike any B&B I've ever been to. Jackie and Geoff, as well as their lovely children and their adorable dog, are great hosts. We felt very welcome here, and we slept so well. The breakfast in the morning was also really good. I hope to be... More
