I was SHOCKED to see a couple of 4 star reviews amongst the hundreds of 5 star ones. This place is easily the most incredible B&B I have ever stayed in. We were greeted by Jacky upon our late arrival, and her husband Jeff immediately offered to drive us into town (since we were on a motorcycle) so we could... More

We stayed in a huge suite which was separate from the main house with views overlooking the very beautiful lake. Very comfortable accommodation and good breakfast in a sumptuous dining room also overlooking the lake. Nowhere nearby to eat dinner so we had to drive into town, but it was only about 10 minutes by car. Very reasonably priced.

Lovely spot! Beautiful manor house with great views over farmland/fields and parts of Donegal Bay. Very peaceful. We had a very large, comfortable first floor room, decorated in Tudor style which is very appropriate for the place. Hosts Jackie and Geoff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good...be sure to try the special...stuffed pancakes (crepe-like)! Many people... More

Beautiful accommodation, with majestic views and just far enough out of town. We had a huge room with elegant bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Furnishings were all new and spacious. Great breakfast and scenic roads for a stroll after waking. Jacky was a doll and couldn't do enough for us. i would definitely stay there again when i visit.

We stayed in various Hotels & a few B&B's coming from the west to the east and back again. I chose this because of the view and we were not disappointed. It was serene and exactly what you picture Ireland as being. The décor in the lobby etc is a little off-beat but fun. The room we had (2 beds)... More

We stayed for four nights as a base for touring Donegal. It's a large house in a good position about three miles south of town. The views of the bay are great. The house looks old, though actually it's fairly modern and well equiped. The bedrooms are well sized and the bathrooms are good. The hosts (and the family members... More

We booked this B+B based on the great reviews here as we were attending a wedding in Donegal. It is in such a beautiful and serene location but amazingly is only a 10 minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Donegal town. The hosts are fabulous and even dropped us into the town on the Friday night, such... More

We booked one night here based on TA reviews. It wasn't easy to find as you had to very carefully follow the directions on the website. On arrival, I am uncertain whether or not we met the proprietors of the B&B. The bedroom was comfortable with an excellent view. We discovered that there was a common room upstairs for guests... We stayed at the Rossmore Manor during a holiday in Ireland. The owners were super accommodating and were happy to sit and chat for ages over a quiet whiskey, cannot thank them enough for a brilliant place to rest the head. The views were absolutely spectacular and the sun was out on the second day day there, sitting in the... More
