This is a great hotel, close to the city, with a stunning riverside location. Have a walk along the river, enjoy the outside spa pool and relax in the thermal suite. The restaurant is situated with views over the river, a pleasant way to dine.

How far is it from the airport? Is there public transport?
We actually arrived and departed Cork by train so we just got a taxi. I'd say this was about 15 to 20 minutes drive. The fare was reasonable and we had the added benefit of seeing more of Cork, which is a beautiful city. Not sure about public transport (i.e. buses) as we either walked or took taxis (which are easy to book from the hotel).
