Stayed in this hotel as part of a hen weekend and from booking to departure I cannot find fault with the hotel. The staff, particulary the reception staff, were extremely helpful, rooms were immaculate and a great size. The location is perfect for a city break. Overall I would highly recommend the Clarion hotel.

Fantastic for access to cork city centre for shopping and near the riverbank if you like to go for an evening stroll after dinner. Kids loved indoor swimming pool and cinema and no problem with parking as underground secure parking area which my nine year old had great fun skateboarding to the car in. Rooms were extremely quiet we weren't...

I stayed at the Clarion for two nights during a business trip to Cork. The hotel is located near the city centre (5min walk) and is definitely recommendable. I had a standard room with internal view over the patio. This had it's benefits (no noise as with rooms at street side) but the view isn't splendid. The rooms with waterfront...

I could not have been more impressed with the hotel. To start the location is ideal to visit Cork. The main bus terminal is across the street. This is great for transfer from or to the airport (No long walks with luggage). It also gives you easy access for day trips to anywhere you can think of (Blarney Castle, Waterford,...

Cork has been on my list of places to visit for a long time - so I did a lot of research when choosing a hotel. We had 3 nights at the Clarion on a B&B basis and it was fabulous. We got a fantastic big room with a balcony overlooking the river and it had all the facilities you...

Spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel in August, the staff was very friendly and the Irish Breakfast was great. We had a tire blow out on the road and the hotel staff were very helpful in finding us a tyre repair shop to have it fixed.

We stayed 2 nights in the Clarion Hotel in Cork and were very pleased. The hotel was very easy to find in our rental car and a large parking garage under the hotel is easy access for parking. The staff were very friendly and professional and offered perfect advice when we needed it. The rooms were very clean and updated...

The Clarion is a good hotel, great location, professional staff with a great location. Bars and restaurants are excellent however the room that I stayed in was shabby and poorly maintained. When weighed against the prices charged this is unacceptable and is poor value for money.
