RS1485767, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at Clayton Hotel Cork City. My sincere apologies that you didn't find your room as comfortable as it should have been. We certainly have rooms that have outside facing windows and I would be happy to place a note on your profile to ensure we place you in one of these for next time. In relation to the car park, it is a public car park located beneath our hotel and therefore we unfortunately do not control the rates, time restraints or design of the entrance/exit ramp. We are sorry you found this to be a point of frustration during your stay and hope this doesn't influence your decision to come back. I hope your opinion of Clayton Hotel Cork CIty has not been completely marred and if you do wish to return to us I would ask you contact me directly at rocallaghan@claytonhotel.com as I would be delighted to look after your reservation personally. Kind Regards, Robyn Guest Relations Executive

Spent two nights here. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were large, comfortable with balconies facing the river. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
