If you are on budget, great place to stay. The man who runs the place was a gentlemen.Breakfast - very good, wifi - excellent.Just outside UCC campus.Interior a bit old, didn't affect the stay. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable for a good night's sleep.Would not hesitate to go back.

Cheap but certainly not cheerful. I only stayed here beacuse it was booked for me to attenend a preistly ordination. I have to say it is one of the worst places i have ever stayed. I had a room on the top floor. It was cramped and i could not stand up in the bathroom ( i am 5'6). It... More

Absolutely terrible experience from the get go. Long wait for the door to be opened and when it was it was another person staying there. Staff member to busy having a drink in the kitchen. 2 of us in a double room with basin towels only no shower towels. Shower edges covered in mould. Room so basic. Torn curtains and... More

Booked 4 employees to stay here for a night. Without going into too much detail, the rooms were unclean, some doors in hallway falling off hinges and left standing beside walls . They refused to eat breakfast there the next morning because the dining area was also dirty and they witnessed their server using his bare hand to wipe down... More

Do not listen to the bad reviews, when I arrived at 8pm my room was on the 3 floor, having travelled from Scotland , the very kind and friendly host decided the 3 floor single room was to much of a climb, so put me into a 1st floor double room which was large and very comfy e.g. the bed,... More

Stayed here only for a night with the wife. Room was ok, somethings I found lacking or frustrating. These included an extremely large kettle yet a small sink so had to fill it up with the cup each time. There's a beeping noise that can be heard every 10 secs. Television was extremely small and no iron available in room.... More

I booked the budget double room. It was small but it was cozy and clean. There were only 2 of us (me and my 22yr old daughter) so we didn't need much room. The owners made us feel welcomed and accommodating. Breakfast was good but would have been nice other that toast or cereal for those of use who don't like... More

Stayed with my 7 year old daughter, who loved the place, and especially the owners little dog. It was a very welcoming place to stay, the room was warm and very clean. The owners were friendly and kind, we enjoyed our stay. Good value for money.

When I booked this guest house, I thought it is more than a b&b , when I arrived it's look like an old building, the front area or reception( just say) dissapointed me, double room was OK, had to wait some time to get the room warm, breakfast was again OK , there is free Wi-Fi and parking, still 140 euros...
