Hotel's Favorite
I regularly stay at Hayfield Manor and make now pretence to be anything other than a fan. When I learned that it would reopen after several months of Covid-19 lock down, I booked for the first night. While some extra health and safety measures are obvious, the welcome is as warm as ever, the service just as attentive, the decor consistently beautiful and the ambiance both comfortable and decadent. While the smiles may be from behind plastic visors, Hayfield Manor is still flawless. From Frank and Michael’s friendly greeting at the door (and theIr “nothing is too much trouble” attitude is still apparent). The whole experience is both reassuringly safe, and reassuringly familiar. The best.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't fault the hotel or the staff- it was excellent all round. We had dinner and lunch in Perrots bistro - both delicious meals with wonderful service. Had the best massage of my life in the Spa- couldn't recommend it high enough that if you're staying you book in for a massage! We were lucky enough to get good weather so had a drink&snack in the courtyard- lovely setting.
