this hotel was very welcoming from the moment we stepped in through the door. All of the staff were cheery yet very professional. The barman made us feel very welcome and made some great Irish Coffees. The food was delicious, Our bedroom was beautifully furnished and so relaxing. We will be returning to this lovely hotel where a true "céad...

Went there last week for afternoon tea and a spa treatment. From start to finish we were made to feel like royalty and the treatment we got made us feel exactly that. The afternoon tea was superb i'm not surprised it has won awards and the spa treatments were luxurious and indulgent. The staff across the board were excellent and...

Nicest hotel we have ever stayed in for a weekend. Such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and both nights we dined in Perotts. Food was excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be back.

Myself and the better half spent a weekend here in January. I already want to go back. Top class staff coupled with a fabulous setting really made for a wonderful experience. The breakfast was the best part for me, the effort that has been put into the layout, choices and service is a thing to behold. The location was perfect...

We stayed after Christmas 2016 and through New Year. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they could not do enough for us the suite was cosy whilst retaining its superior quality, the left chocolates, wing and fruit, two types of local water, a coffee making and tea making machine. The breakfast was quite simply the best I have ever...

The place is exceptional. A old mansion, a fire cracking in the fire place. Old wood and leather everywhere. The staff is very dedicated. The rooms are nice with very soft bedding. You feel privilege. Very good breakfast, buffet or a la carte. I had the scrambled eggs and the salmon. So nice. We tried the orchid. Very good although...

The standard of food at dinner was very poor and disappointing. Hotel location and rooms very good, but visit spoiled by Bistro experience. Service is foyer area was poor on the evening and staff appeared stretched resulting in drinks order not delivered.

A visit to Hayfield Manor revives body and spirit. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and maintained. Staff are always polite, helpful and utterly professional. The quality of the food served, throughout the hotel,is also of a very high standard. The hotel's proximity to Cork City Centre also makes it a wonderful base for exploring the City but also beyond....
