Very good budget accommodation. Clean, helpful staff, car park, all you could need in the kitchen. Cable tv so kids were happy when we stayed in. Plenty to do in the area and the park, excellent playground and college were within walking distance. A round package on a budget.

With my family we rented an apartment for 3 weeks. The stuffs were very helpful for us. They helped to find the best activities for my children. It was easy to go to the city center and to a big shopping center. We are satisfied for our choice.

Location is fine with a bus stop outside. Apartments could do with a better cleaning - smudgy hand prints on doors, water stains on kitchen units. Minimum standard. Showers in particular are tiny. Locked out of rooms even though credit card details were held at reception. Had to pay at 1am for 5 of us to get into our rooms....

Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment we were staying in had 4 bedrooms, very spacious, ensuite rooms. Self catering apartment, kitchen had a variety of kitchenware and was very clean. Rooms clean also. Beds very comfy. One issue I had was that on the day we arrived a women we didn't know let herself into our room, when I...

A group of us stayed at Victoria Lodge in August and it was perfect. From the time of booking the staff were so helpful and everything went so smooth. The apartments were very clean and had everything that we needed. The location was great and there was a bus to the city centre every couple of minutes. Overall it was...

Booked via lastminute.com and didn't expect a great deal, given the price. Rooms are very basic (this is University accomodation, but the photographs that appear on the website are 'generous' in how they present the facilities). Staff seem disinterested and no care is taken to ensure that your stay is a good one. Our biggest niggle? Workmen letting themselves into...
