Rose Lodge is well located so that you can walk to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. Despite this, it is also a quiet place to stay so I have a sound nights sleep on each of the two nights I stayed there. It also has the advantage of off-street parking. The house itself is well maintained and very nicely...

Firstly, thank you so much to the owner of this sweet little B&B for making us feel so welcome and for helping us with our every need, she was so kind! We arrived after a long day of work, and were greeted upon arrival by a lovely lady. Parking was a little bit of an issue as I have a...

The location is at 10 -15 minutes walking distance from city centre. Is quite easy to get there from the railway station. Is in a quite neighborhood, next to UCC. The view from our window was very nice, since there is a park across the road. The room was really nice: clean, with all the necessary utilities. The entire house...

1 night stay & quite happy 👍 lovely paintings in the lobby. Slept really well. Close to centre of town. Breakfast was good with a nice choice. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Travelled as two couples for a weekend away and after much deliberation decided on Rose Lodge, as the prices seemed very good compared to others.. Exchanged a couple or emails with Orla before we arrived and she proved very helpful. We arrived way before the set check in time and was immediately offered tea and coffee, plus our rooms were...

We stayed here for 1 night recently. This B&B is in a good location - a 25 minute walk approx from the bus station. However, that is the only thing I liked about the place really. On entering, the hallway is quirky and colorful with some interesting pieces to look at but this did not extend to our room. Our...

My, my. The artwork takes your breath away. The owner appears to be a collector of unsigned artworks and they are mostly wonderful (well you'd always have a few oddities in such a collection). The exterior gives you a subtle hint of the vibrancy inside. We could not ask for better and more helpful staff than the ladies here. Nothing...

This facility was good, not great but was priced fairly. We stayed on the top floor which was not good with two suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the room was small and the bathroom was way to tiny. It was almost impossible to sit on the toilet. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.

Very quirky and interesting B&B. Unique character with eclectic artwork - fascinating. Delicious breakfast. Location is near the university and is about a 10 minute stroll to the city centre. Very helpful staff. Made us tea and gave us advice on the various restaurants. We were looking for Irish meals character and music. We got all three with Oliver Plunkett....
