Anne and her husband went out of their way to ensure we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our room,6, was clean and large with a beautiful ensuite. Our full Irish breakfast was delicious. It was only a 10 minute walk to town. Anne was extremely helpful in making suggestions of places to visit which we visited and really... More

Only had one night at Ashcroft would gladly have stayed longer. Our room was beautiful, newly redecorated and very well done! Spotlessly clean! It truly felt like an upscale resort. Breakfast was very good. Ann is a lovely hostess and gave us lots of good ideas about where and how to spend our short time in Blarney. We will be... More

Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Ashcroft. My husband and I arrived with our 14 month old son and were greeted warmly by Anne. She showed us to our room, a double with a single. As my husband was unloading the car, the other owner, Chris, arrived home and helped him to bring the bags in. Our... More

We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. Our room was spacious, cosy and very clean and decorated lovely. The breakfast was the best we had the entire trip. A great selection from the full irish to the pancakes. Chris kindly offered to drive us to the village which was a lovely gesture.A really special and welcoming place... More

We really didn't know what to do in Cork on our second day after Blarney Castle and she gave a great suggestion to go to Cobh and she also told us about one of Ireland's greatest sights The Ring of Kerry. She had great breakfasts and the room was nice. She really is a sweetheart!

I enjoyed every moment here...thank you. Looking for a place to stay while touring then this is the place to stay if ever in Blarney. Very friendly and the food is delicious. Rooms are warm and cosy, beds comfy. I will definitely be back here if I visit Blarney. It's also close to the Blarney castle and wool mill

Ann was a gracious hostess! We were warmly greeted, and quickly shown to our room. The bed was comfy and linens were cozy. Ann offered suggestions on where to eat dinner that evening. Our breakfast was served at the time we requested, and it was a traditional Irish breakfast. I would definitely recommend this B&B!

on our recent trip to Ireland, we never fully adjusted to the time difference. Sometimes we ran early and other's late. We arrived at this B and B an hour early and could not get an answer at the door. We left and came back. At this time we were made aware that this was a four star B and... More

At this place I had my worse hotel experience ever. My troubles started after I checked out. Although, I paid cash for two nights the amount of 120 euros to the stuff of the hotel. On the next month, I was surprised to see that my credit card was also charged with the same amount. Of course, I sent an... More

We had a wonderful stay (2 nights). Nice quiet place not so far to the village and the city Cork. The room, not so big, is lovely, clean and confortable. We had a room on the street side but there wasn't noise coming from the road. The owners are very very friendly. The breakfast: one word..... excellent! Good wifi and... More
