Walking distance to the Blarney Castle. The room and was very charming filled with antiques. We ate at the bar several times and the food is delicious. My husband enjoyed his breakfast and I must say they serve the best porridge in Ireland! The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

This hotel is not very close to alternative eating options but in house meal selections are good Very clean, staff excellent and helpful. Wi fi is good with several other free options able to be picked up around the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated but fairly normal for an Irish hotel. There are no elevators so people with... More

Three of us ladies stayed at the Blarney Castle Hotel on a girls weekend to Cork and couldn’t have chosen better! Perfect location for visiting Blarney Castle, Cork city and surrounding areas and in a beautiful setting opposite the village green. Rooms were enormous and very clean and comfortable, with plenty of tea and coffee, complimentary water and toiletries and... More

Best Breakfast in County Cork if not in the country!!!! Be prepared to wait as it is cooked fresh, no frying in this place, it's all grilled. Top Class! Well priced and value is outstanding. Ask for poached eggs if you don't like fried

Stayed here during escorted tour. Room was large and well equipped, clean, quiet. Rooms differ for same price, some run down, other well appointed with towel warming rack, etc. Lovely lobby, lounge and bar, very elegant. We had breakfast included which had a great selection and food was good. Bunratty Castle right next door with great grounds to explore.

While lunch was popular and function room was full, I found it chaotic and service was hit and miss. Food was carvery standard. Portion sizes were big but not of the highest quality. With this in mind pricing is high considering what you get elsewhere. Have visited lemon tree restaurant here and it is much better. Wouldn't be inclined to... More

We stayed for 2 nights this week and enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff, lively pub with excellent food and clean rooms. The breakfast included with the stay was generous and very tasty. The power went out for a few hours in Blarney but the pub stayed open and tea lights were handy in our room.

From check in to check out service was great. Room was cozy and comfortable, even without a/c that us americans are accustomed to. Checked in and the young woman at the counter was friendly and more than accomodating. Grabbed dinner and the same young woman assisted more than ordinarily necessary. Great night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning (which was included... More

This place was nice. Not fancy by any means. Everyone treated us well. We enjoyed the live music and the food. It's walking distance to the Blarney castle. I recommend that you give yourself plenty of time to explore the grounds around the castle. Kissing the stone was an adventure because it is so narrow up the steps and then... More

Very nice stay. The hotel is an antique and in great condition for its age. The grounds the hotel is on are very nice, great for a evening walk. Food was good and staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and great view from the window. Would stay again.
