Had a very comfortable stay at the Railway View House on our last day/night of our western Ireland trip. Very close to Shannon airport, appx 20 min cab ride. Pros: - host Dennis very nice and gave great recommendations on restaurants to try in town - room was very comfortable and cozy, we had family room with a double and... More

We stayed here on our last night in Ireland. It is very convenient to Shannon airport. Just a 20 minute drive on the nearby M18. The bathroom and shower were probably the largest we had on our one week trip. The bedroom was a good size, too. Breakfast was very good and the location was quiet. We would definitely stay... More

This was our second visit to Ennis and also to Railway View. We visited last year for the start of the Fleadh Nua and decided to visit again this year for the close of the music festival. Good luck to Ennis for the Fleadh Cheoil in August. The B&B is close off the M-18, but walkable to town. Some reviewers... More

A very lovely location, spacious and comfortable rooms with en suite. Only a 30 minute walk to the town centre. Great selection of breakfast, perfectly cooked, with our favourite, piping hot plates. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night with my adult daughter. We chose this property because it was reasonably priced and not far to get to after visiting the Cliffs of Moher. The room was basic and comfortable. The staircase is narrow so take this into consideration if you have large, heavy suitcases because all the rooms are upstairs. Also, take... More

This bed and breakfast is perfect for a visit to Ennis. A 10 minute walk takes you to into the town to enjoy local pubs, restaurants and shops. Our room was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed a great sleep. The breakfast next morning was excellent. Kathleen made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend this b and b as... More

We stayed at Railway our first two nights in Ireland. It was a nice, clean, friendly B&B, tucked away in a quiet location about 10 min. walking distance from the town center. The full Irish Breakfast was lovely. It was served by a pleasant young lady who made sure we had everything we needed. If you have a car, this... More

We were here one night on our way back home and Kathleen couldn't have been nicer. Because of our very early flight the next morning, we were going to just tiptoe out but breakfast was left for us with a very nice note and Kathleen arranged our taxi, which was there waiting for us in the morning. This place is... More

We did not stay here due to no vacancy but Kathleen was very generous to find us a place close by (Gray Gables). From what I saw, great location, plenty of parking, spacious property as well as maintained, tucked away. This would be my first choice my next visit.
