Food was good. Staff was friendly and smiling. Only thing that was dissapointing was that they didnt had the exact wine we ordred. But other than that good visi. Sticky toffee pudding was awesome! Would go there again.

I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience and that our service met short of your expectations, I'm not sure if you had said at the time to management but please feel free to contact the duty manager to discuss this as I am unsure from your review of the specific issue, and we can look into this for you. I can assure you this service is not usually the case and would urge you to contact us at the West Port.

Do you have any plans for hoggmany celebrations for residents in hotel?. thank you
Residents can either enjoy a drink in our bar downstairs on Hogmanay and bring in the bells in the traditional way or join us in our soon to be newly refurbished bar area to the back with our resident DJ and bring in the new year in style.
