First time with Lochs and Glens. Our driver Dave Mackie (ish) was absolutey brilliant very good driver and kept us entertained during the whole break. The hotel staff very good always willing to go the extra mile, the food was good, and rooms were o.k for the price you pay, kept clean and stocked up daily with tea and coffee... More

Stayed at loch achray hotel for a 4 day break with lochs and glens. The hotel was surrounded by lochs, glens and peaceful countryside. The rooms were a good size, but the bathrooms werevery small. Everywhere was very clean. The staff were very efficient and friendly. the entertainment was quite good, the only problem I found was the food wasn't... More

Booked onto our first Lochs and Glens trip. Whole week very well organised. Hotel clean, tidy, again organised. Good choice of food but quality a little disappointing at times. Tinned/frozen veg, unseasoned soup, dry sponge. 3star hotel, 3 star food. Interested to see how their sister hotels fair. This hasn't put us off booking another trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day National Trust holiday, staying at the Loch Achray Hotel. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it just as much this time, luckily having the same 2 bedrooms, 110 and 112 with lovely loch views. Wee Stevie was a brilliant driver and we are busily practising his songs in the hope that we have... More

Had an enjoyable 3 nights at the hotel, rooms are small but adequate for the stay,as there is so much to do in the hotel and surroundings to sit in your room for too long.the towels were changed each day and soap was provided. We arrived at 5pm after a journey from Lancaster, stopping off at Moffat Woollen Mill and Callander. Day... More

Just returned from yet another excellent coach trip with Lochs and Glens. This time we stayed at the Loch Achray Hotel in Aberfoyle which, although not as swish as their flagship hotel, the Ardgartan, where we stayed the first time we took a trip with them, was nevertheless very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed... More

We've had a wonderful holiday at Lochs & Glens Hotel Achray. Stunning views over the fields, with Loch Achray just in front. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, want fresh milk, just ask and it was delivered. Dashed back in to get my jacket, a member of staff ran to our room and got it for me. The... More

Hotel clean but a little dated. Hotel room clean but tv was a late 80's model screen so small half of the picture was missing. Meals were adequate and hot. Staff very friendly and polite. View from front of hotel very nice. But hotel is miles from other locations.
