Stayed between 30th May and 3rd June. family of five. Rooms were excellent and very very well cleaned, staff were superb, especially the wonderful breakfast staff who greeted us every morning. Very good value for money. Food in the Brewers Fayre was very good especially the deserts. We couldn't have been made more welcome by everyone... and yes we will... More

Stayed the night before flying from prestwick. The Staff were incredibly helpful and found me discounted car parking for the week. Even leaving at 4am wasn't a problem! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed overnight before an early morning flight. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We had dinner in the adjoining restaurant which was just average. There are signs in corridors asking people to be quiet to ensure other guests have a good night sleep. This appears to work well. The staff at reception were pleasant... More

Bad directions from the airport had us running in circles and the very helpful young man at the hotel tried his best to guide us, but as there are four premises belonging to the company we were outside when we made the call to him. After 20 frustrating minutes we found the hotel and were amazed to find him checking... More

We used this hotel for an overnight stop after a late evening flight into Prestwick airport. The flight turned out to be very late, and we checked in at 3 a.m., helped by a wide awake receptionist who had us on our way to our room within seconds of our arrival. The room was the usual standard, and the bed... More

We stayed here on the 28th of March 2016 - Easter Monday. We arrived at 17:00 and checked in, we were then informed by the very miserable receptionist there was no food as the restaurant was closed due to "health and safety" reasons. We asked where we could get food and she shrugged her shoulders. My parents had bussed it... More

We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the last few years and this one was disappointing ,the room was tired ,it is possible the hotel is having work done as there were skips in the car park but no signs of work being done, also there are usually nice purple cushions ,no sign of them ! The breakfast was 1st... More

I went to brewers fayre here and I ordered the chicken and leek pie and she came back saying they didn't have any that day I was upset for two reasons I didn't like anything else on the menu They had the chicken and leek pie advertised nearly everywhere, why majorly advertise something and not have it. I had to... More

Stayed here for two nights, this is now a pretty dated Premier Inn by comparison with a lot of the recently refurbished rooms in the group and the showers are a bit rubbish but this is more than made up for by the friendly, welcoming staff on reception and the astonishingly good staff next door at the Brewer's Fayre next... After a long journey, 250 miles there is nothing better than a lovely hot shower and a power nap on a comfortable bed prior to a full weekend. This hotel ticked all the boxes, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast in the attached Brewers Fayre exceptional. We visited on this occasion for a...
