Initial impression was not very welcoming probably due to Covid, New card key system but was not shown how to get back in as doors not automatic between certain hours. Bed unusually uncomfortable so had bad night and the breakfast was disgusting. Nowhere to get any food nearby and parking extremely limited. Would not recommend this.

The hotel was not cleaned to a high standard having found used false nails on the floor . Hand prints on the mirrors and walls . The bathroom floor was filthy . There was dust all over the lights and fittings. We were only given two towels for 4 people and had to ask for more twice . We had to ask for plates and forks to eat our takeaway dinner from and we were given one dinner plate, one saucer , one plastic plate and one side plate and 4 different forks that were not from a set . The mugs in the room had stains in two of them and the breakfast box that was supplied was very poor for the price of it . In any circumstance it was below par but in the current circumstances we are in we hoped the cleanliness of the place would be above average and it certainly was not . Luckily I took my own cleaning stuff with me and had to give the room and bathroom a clean before we could unpack. I spoke to a staff member who told me they were finishing their shift and they would pass it on but never heard from anyone else.

Clean and comfortable and a great welcome from Craig on reception. Felt well organised although disappointed in response to my pointing out lack of back on tv remote - batteries would be a choke hazard for small children

My wife and I stayed here for one night last week when the COVID regulations changed. Very comfortable and clean. Grabbed a snack and breakfast at Tim Horton's next door. Great value in these strange times.
