We visited Ayr with 2 other couples to attend the ladies day at Ayr races. This guest house was within easy walking distance of the station and town centre. We all thought it was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice and everything was freshly cooked. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location for both the town and sea front , no problem finding a parking space nearby. We had room 4 a nice big room overlooking garden so very peaceful and kept very clean with fresh towels daily. An excellent fresh breakfast is served in it's sister guest house "Bythesea " a few doors away . All the staff we... More

Julie's warm welcome set the tone for a great night stay. The guest house was clean, bright and comfortable with plenty of space and towels. Breakfast (four doors down at their other property) was very good, including the haggis! The house is just a block from the beach, and street parking was easy. The walk to town Centre for dinner... Fab stay here for 3 nights. The location is excellent being only one street behind the seafront. The team running the show are discreet but there when you need them. We loved the breakfast! How can I return to only cereal without my full scottish n toast n tea!! Immaculate room, fab facilities and a great location.

Great location, friendly staff, spotless clean and breakfast to die for. Overall I would recommend this guesthouse for people visiting Ayr as it is a great place to base yourself and central to the local attractions in Ayr and further a field. Will be back when I'm in Scotland again.!

This was our second visit to this treasure of a guest house. Upon entry you are greeted with a perfectly decorated reception area which is spotlessly clean. Our room was on the top floor every inch of our climb to the room was tastefully done and again spotlessly clean. In the room again decorated to a same high standard. The... More
