Beautiful spacious room which has a lovely outlook. Attention to detail surpasses some 5 star hotels, from binoculars to a great choice of teas. The room was absolutely spotless and the superking size bed comfortable. The large bathroom supplied everything you could possibly need, including an abundance of luxury, soft fluffy towels. The homemade shortbread was delicious. The room had... More

Everything about Beaches is excellent! Janice is an outstanding host, she goes above and beyond. Never been to a cleaner B&B. We chose the luxury suite with a stunning view on the Ayr beach, with a beautiful sunset if you're lucky! Breakfast options were unbelievable, full scottish, fresh fruits, juices ... anything you want basically. Very quiet guesthouse. Garden!

Excellent seafront guest house. My son had his bike after cycling from East Kilbride on the hottest day of the year. Good kingsize bed. Lovely bathroom with power shower. Home made fudge was a lovely treat. Great view onto beach and putting green. Jan the owner was lovely. Staff were great. Breakfast was fantastic. The works! Would recommend this guest... More

This B&B is the best I have been too in Ayr. Jan the hotel owner is the best! The homemade shortbread and vegetarian breakfast which was made on request was amazing. Will be back for a 3rd time soon. A nice break for couples young and old. Lots of food places near by.

This B&B was one of the best we have stayed in. We stumbled across this little gem by sheer accident, and what a find it was. We had the room in the loft with views across the garden and beyond to the beach and open ocean. The room was obviously decorated and furnished with love and a great eye. The... More

Lovely little guest house just set back from the sea front, with access to the beach through the garden. Jan the owner was absolutely lovely and even upgraded us because she had a better room free, not that there was anything wrong with the first room to be honest. The decor was impeccable and the house had lots of lovely... More

I can not recommend this guest house enough, such a warm, friendly welcome, lovely surroundings, super comfortable beds. Lovely big fluffy towels. Little added extras in the room, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities, great value for money. If ever you are having a night in Ayr, this is the place to stay.

I stumbled on Beaches in an internet search, what a find. We stayed for one night and from the minute we rang the door bell Jan was welcoming in every way. It was a lovely sunny afternoon and on arrival we were offered coffee and warm, newly made shortbread in the garden, just lovely. Our room was amazing, beautiful decor... More

Jan was so friendly and helpful! The room was beautiful with the view over the sea front. Breakfast was freshly cooked in the morning. Jan even stayed up late to check us in. Defiantly would recommend anyone to stay and I'm sure we'll be back to stay again.
