Very nice overnight stay, very friendly owners, lovely welcome despite our 1 am arrival. Clean comfy beds and a nice breakfast. 5 min walk to Ayr beach. Paid a bargain price for our family room, so very happy, thankyou.

I would not recommend this place. Horrible ancient decor in my single room and bathroom bin was overflowing all the time I was there. Have to say the one redeeming factor was the nice cooked breakfast. Mirror in room was pretty smeared and the t.v had a layer of dust on it. Yuck...just yuck. Fawlty Towers.

We stayed with our two children aged 10 and 4. It's in a great location. Upon arrival to our room the kids were delighted to see the owners had provided balloons for them to play with, a simple yet thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable and clean. The shared bathrooms were nice and a range of toiletries were provided. Breakfast... More

Was booked thro a family member and from the pictures on the internet I thought it was fine and the location is ideal. When we arrived we managed to get a ideal parking space just outside the house, the front of the building had a small garden with lots of plants and the sign said en-suite and wifi. A gentleman... Booked for busiest night of the year and on arrival found accommodation was not as booked but instead of trying to resolve this matter the landlord seemed insistant on us finding alternative accommodation an was totally unhelpful. Several rooms do not have ensuite and first floor does'nt even have a toilet or bathroom on that floor. Would definately advise against... More
