Although the Bedroom was dated - they are in keeping with the date of the house. The rooms were clean, adequate, comfortable. The location was quite and only a few min from the centre of Ayr. The Breakfast was good and set you up for the day. We stayed 2 nights and went to eat in the evening to the...

Parking good and room and bathroom clean but feel the guest house is in need of some general repair as handles on some doors very wobbly, window handle off, wobbly toilet. Furniture and bedding quite old fashioned and wardrobe and drawers filled with random items - Christmas decs etc. Shared Bathrooms were filled with other people's toiletries???? Owner was really...

Stayed here overnight. Lovely terraced house in a old attractive area of town. Town centre is close by, easy walking distance. Very friendly, welcoming and informitive host. Tidy, warm and clean room. Bed was extra comfortable. En-suite is a little cramped, but very manageable. Will likely book and stay here again.

The location and the price for this bnb were both reasonable, with walking distance to the city centre and plenty of on street parking right outside. The room was a bit dated but everything was clean. The breakfast was very good! In the evening we walked into town and ate at the waterfront restaurant which I would recommend, the fish...

The room I was in was used to store random things or hadn't been cleaned properly - in one cupboard I found a stuffed dog, beside the sink a box of toiletries had been knocked on floor (noticed 2 mins after checking in). Add to this a bed that squeaked every time I rolled over and it wasn't the best...

Very nice overnight stay, very friendly owners, lovely welcome despite our 1 am arrival. Clean comfy beds and a nice breakfast. 5 min walk to Ayr beach. Paid a bargain price for our family room, so very happy, thankyou.

I would not recommend this place. Horrible ancient decor in my single room and bathroom bin was overflowing all the time I was there. Have to say the one redeeming factor was the nice cooked breakfast. Mirror in room was pretty smeared and the t.v had a layer of dust on it. Yuck...just yuck. Fawlty Towers.
