Think this would have been brilliant back in its day but it feels neglected and tired! From reading past reviews it was very well kept and clean once upon a time! For just a few touch ups the owners really could have something of a winner! The travel cot we had requested hadn’t been put up so not only did...

First time we've stayed in a lodge as we have a motor home but the lodge was brill. Only bad thing was when we arrived they had given us the wrong lodge so had to pack everything up and move to another one which was still locked. Had to wait for the cleaner to come who then couldn't reach the...

My fiancé took me away to gadgirth lodges as a surprise get away! On first impressions of Peach Lodge (although it was pitch black outside) the cabin was beautiful (once we figured out how to get in, we expected to meet someone with keys, but it was just open waiting for us. In fact we didn't see any staff the...

The lodge is in a walled garden, near Ayr. It feels like it would have been a great place to stay some time ago, but needs updating. The kitchen is in need of some TLC and despite the place catering for 4 only has room for 2 people to sit to eat. However these are minor points, the main issues...

I had booked 2 lodges for a weekend away with my family and some pals. They lodges were spacious and fully equipped with everything you needed such as cooker, TV, fridge, heaters, dishwasher and with a communal freezer and washing machines. The photos do not give the lodges justice as they are spacious especially Spruce. We all thoroughly enjoyed it...

We stayed in Peach Lodge and our friends stayed in Apple. It's a lovely peaceful place, well-equipped cabins but a few observations/irritations - not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi-bath, (even with the boost button) weak water pressure combined with the (great tasting) soft Scottish water made showering/ hair washing a long job, and although dishwasher tablets & washing...

Stayed here for a week in July 2013 and absolutely loved it. Lodge was spotlessly clean and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed it so much we have rebooked it for a 4 night stay in August!

The lodge was well equipped and very spacious, it also had a sauna as well as 2 bathrooms. There is a seperate building with washing machines, dryers and drying area for any washing. There is only 3 lodges within the large circular wall area, (which is very well...
