These premises are centrally situated in Pitlochry and ideally placed for exploration of the surrounding area. The standard double room we were allocated was excellent with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with walk in shower. It was also exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food is first class and on the two nights we were there people were queuing to gain access to the premises. It is clearly very popular with locals and visitors alike and you can’t get a better recommendation than that. Certainly a place I would have no hesitation in returning to

Property's Favorite Review
Such a great experience staying at the Old Mill Inn, we would highly recommend this fantastic hotel. The staff were excellent...we received the best check in experience we’ve ever had from Jenny M, who showed us to our room and explained everything in full, including all safety measures. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We stayed in one of their deluxe double rooms which was spacious, clean and very impressive. (The integrated music system which had ceiling speakers in the room and the bathroom was an unexpected added touch). Although we didn’t drink in the bar, it looked warm and welcoming and we will definitely sample this next time. We instead drank outside in their new large tent which had patio heaters to keep it cosy. The coloured lights gave a cool vibe. Breakfast was delicious and we look forward to also having dinner there next time. No negatives whatsoever, we will definitely be back!

The meal was excellent, good choice on the menu and the staff were lovely. We just stayed to watch the football with our meal with a few drinks and the atmosphere was great- not too squashed in, plenty room to enjoy our evening!

We found this place decades ago and have been around 12-15 times and hopefully a lot more to come. The staff are the friendliest and can't do enough for you. The rooms are bright and airy and (unusually for me) we tend to sleep well. We often eat there so can also recommend the food. A few yards off the main road so close to everything else in Pitlochry.

We have just returned from a 2 night break in this hotel. The check in was informative and personal as we were shown to our room and had everything explained to us. The room was spotless and had every amenity you could have wished for. We had drinks in the tented area which was staffed by a great team of very efficient and polite youngsters. All COVID measures were in place. We ate in the restaurant and the meals were delicious. We will certainly be back.
