My wife treated us both to two nights at the Pine Trees as a belated 65th birthday present to me. I couldn't have asked for better. This is a lovely old Victorian mansion with lots of warm, inviting seating areas. The staff were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, our room was a fine size with a walk-in shower...

Booked for a one night stopover on our way up to the Highlands, managed to get the Molyneux Suite and what a fabulous room. Bed very comfortable with separate sitting area, this really was a suite and not just a large bedroom. Only negative was the bathroom, the corner bath would be quite difficult to get in and out of...

The quality of the hotel was exceptional and it truly deserves its 4 star rating. Although fairly busy, there was no shortage of staff who were very pleasant and could not do enough to...

our first stay at pine trees was 8 years ago and in that time nothing has changed, we don't even think about staying anywhere else when we visit pitlochry. The room, service and food was truly first class and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed here last weekend when working in the area. Delightful hotel, friendly professional staff. Room was in the coach house, comfortable and quiet. Excellent food, breakfast cooked to order. Short walk to the Main St and about 20 mins to the theatre. Would stay again

We love this hotel, the setting in the lovely gardens, the interior ambience, the warm and friendly staff. First rate in all respects. And a lovely breakfast. Next time we would like to stay longer, and have dinner which looked great.

I visited this wonderful hotel with my parents in 1963 and played golf at the wonderful club close by. We have visited over the last seven years and on every occasion enjoyed wonderful hospitality. The ambience is splendid and it retains wonderful standards. It is also a dog friendly hotel.
