We stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Scotland. Although our sons had a lovely, bright and quiet room at the back of the house, my wife and I had a fairly cramped room at the front overlooking a busy road and railway track beyond, making it rather noisy. The pitch of the ceiling meant that you were... More

An unplanned decision just to stay over in Pitlochry led us to stay at this delightful family cottage for B&B. Within a pleasant walks distance of the town centre we were offered advice on everything from where to eat to how to book for the theatre. Excellent breakfast and lovely chat with the proprietor all added up to a great... More

The breakfast was lovely, well cooked, fresh and plenty to start your day.We had a front bedroom and had not been there five minutes when the 'Tornado' went past.......what a bonus. If we... More

We stayed here in July for one night and couldn't have chosen a better place. The room was clean and bright and the beds very comfortable. We both enjoyed the full Scottish breakfast which was nicely cooked and plentiful. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of advice about where to eat in town. We would definitely stay... Excellent experience for my first trip to Scotland. Morag Cottage was perfectly located in Pitlochry. Maureen and Jimmy were beyond welcoming to me and my family. The room was beautiful. The bed very comfortable. Lots to do within a very short distance. Highly recommend making some time in your trip to see Pitlochry and staying at Morag Cottage!!!

Excellent location for hiking trails including the path to Ben Vrackie. Room was extremely clean and cosy and we were made to feel very welcome. Easy walking distance to Pitlochry shops and cafes/restaurants. Recommended.
