Room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a large and comfortable bed.. The staff were polite and efficient. Very quiet despite a live band playing in the bar. Nice dog walks along the river near by. We only stayed one night but would recommend.

This is a tricky review to post because Celine the main hotel receptionist really helped me when I had to cancel my original booking and then when we arrived she sorted out a twin room when we had been given a double even though the hotel was very busy. Twin room was nice but very small. Good bathroom. The hotel... More

We stayed in the Dalwhinnie room (for a family - two adults, two boys) which is across the street and upstairs from the main hotel.. While the rooms themselves were on the small side, we had everything we needed there and the boys enjoyed the bunk bed accomodations in their room. The staff for dinner and breakfast were friendly and... More

Our room was very large (Glen Mhor) but was spotless & very quiet considering the location on a main road above a pub. We go to Pitlochry a lot but this was the first time staying here. Chose it because we always eat at the pub & the food is good- the breakfast was great! Lost one point because there... More

We stayed here in May 2016, and had a really nice stay. The rooms were large with tartan decor, and bathrooms were modern and a good standard. We had breakfast included in our stay, and we weren't disappointed with the quantity or quality. There is a pub with live music attached to the hotel, but we didnt have any issues... More

Arrived after a journey from the west coast. Hungry and in need of a place to eat with our well behaved dog. Luckily found this establishment. Country pub style feel, friendly staff, allowing dogs and 2 steaks and a bottle of house wine for £39.95 was a winner. We had a haggis natchos starter and could barely finish our chips.... More

We have visited Pitlochry for about 30 years and have always stayed at this hotel. We missed last year due to illness, so this was the first time with the new owners. Any concern that the change may have had an adverse effect was quickly put to one side. The staff were helpful and eager to please. The full Scottish... More

Our golfing group of four stayed for just one night, but would recommend highly. Very well appointed rooms in the building over the road that were not as small as in the hotel itself. Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed the ambience having dinner in the lounge. Unfortunately, one of our party left his golf watch charger in the... More
