Great little place, separate room for our five year old, convenient for Dundee and Perth, very welcoming proprietor. Comfortable, clean, spacious - couldn't really ask for more. Oh yes, it was cheaper than Premier Inn Did I mention - FANTASTIC breakfast!

Stayed here recently with my partner for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at near by Fingask Castle. Lovely and warm welcome when we arrived. The location is lovely and quiet even though it is just off a main road, you can hardly hear the noise. The converted stables are very comfy and have a everything you need. A lovely...

We stayed here as we wanted to somewhere to stay after visiting the local Cairn O'Mhor Winery (not wanting to drink and drive obviously). There wasn't any breakfast available on the morning we stayed, but the owner had advised us of this in advance. The accomodation was lovely, we had a small kitchenette to prepare our food, with a hob,...

We stayed here for a wedding at Errol just 3 or 4 Kms down the road. As far as I understand just 4 "apartments". We had a lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite, which we were very happy with (room3) until we saw our friends area who booked in 2 days later, so if you can get it go for...

The family here has converted part of their farm to modern little apartments, with living room and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. We were welcomed by the owner and everything was just fine and friendly. The breakfast in the main kitchen was delicious, and the chat with the owners made it to one of these memorable experiences you only get...

We spent two nights at the delightful Courtyard B&B and were welcomed upon arrival by the lovely owner Omy. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful cooked breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen both mornings. The rooms each consist of bedroom, bathroom and living room including small kitchen, so making tea in the morning and cooking a...

Delightful, self-contained units within a 'courtyard' of a working farm. High standard of finishing providing a separate lounge/diner & bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast was served by the host in the large kitchen of the main house. One of the best b+b's I've stayed at with a very pleasant & courteous host. Would highly recommend. Great view from lounge window over...

A fabulous place, very clean, love the idea of a kitchenette where you can prepare your own breakfast if you want or have it cooked for you..the choice is yours! The shower and it was not cramped! was one of the best I have come across in years! A power shower refreshes and wakes you up! Bed was very comfortable...
