Oh my goodness. I really didn't expect this at all. I'm in shock ! Just had to check out of this hotel this morning and evacuate the kids book somewhere else at my own expense . Was so bad . Came with my 2 kids to the dreaded room 311. (Feel very angry that Late Rooms charged me nearly £90...

Although the hotel may be a little dated it does have its good points but the Flaws....executive rooms are not up to much, creeky floor boards and a little chilly, more standard room not executive. Certainly has its good points. Good location, with train station and bus station on your door step, very friendly, helpful staff, hotel was clean enough,...

First impressions outside were good, looked really nice, on site parking is always a bonus as well. When I walked in the first thing I smelt was stale alcohol, the hotel itself is in desperate need of re vamp, it looks although it hasn't been touched since 1960. The room is exactly what you need but just really dated, every...

Dear MeganMacdonald07, Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay at the hotel. I am surprised at your comment re stale alcohol - with our pool being on the ground floor, people usually comment that is what they first smell - I take your comments on board, and will investigate this. We look forward to welcoming you back in...

Stayed here with my wife for one night . I booked what was described as an executive room but this description didn't do any justice to what was a average hotel and room needing some updating. Don't get me wrong room was clean and quite big but was lacking in quality especially the outdated bathroom. Several times we thought someone...

Attended this hotel for two days for an 18th birthday party on28th January. The staff were pleasant especially Caitlin in the bar area and the room was nice and clean. Food was nice and freshly cooked. Would certainly stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they worked very hard to accommodate any requests. Breakfast was varied and good value. Ideal location for walking to town centre which is full of resturants and bars.

A wonderful friendly welcome, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. Room beautifully presented and spotlessly clean I really couldn't fault it. 24hr heating and hot water. Old building which is a bit tired but still couldn't really fault it. Food overall good and good selection. All staff very helpful, will be back.

Booked to allow us a first night away from our 1 year old for first time - he stayed with Granny elsewhere in Perth. Room was fine - clean enough. Floor and bed both creaky. There was an annoying electrical hum all night from somewhere near the room (room 205 if investigating). But it was OK. Shower very good, toilet...

Room was OK but heating was a bit cold. Gym is OK, nothing to write home about but it's the reason I stay here instead of other hotels in the area. It's also got a swimming pool. Food was lovely and service was great. Like the other Best Western hotel in Perth, it's in need of an update, floors creak,...
