If your looking for Olde Worlde this is a great place for you The rooms have been well maintained whilst retaining their character and one can imagine steam trains running past in days gone by The staff were excellent and good food too Ample parking at rear for convenience

... as right outside the front door is the train station making travel by rail easy. Leave your luggage behind and climb onboard for an afternoon or overnighter. The Station Hotel could use some paint and new carpets and the place could easily transform into a more expensive hotel; But for now its a bit worn in its decor. Nonetheless,...

Impressive architecture in a Victorian Railway Station Hotel. Staff friendly & helpful, we dined in and enjoyed our meal. Our room was clean & comfortable. Both Train & Bus stations within 5 minutes walk and only 10 minutes from city centre and lovely views of River Tay. The prices are very reasonable and the only things that detracted from our...

Ok this is very cheap so I guess to a point you get what you pay for. Check in was painless, a very helpful Spanish lady being very friendly and polite. That was the only good point. My room was sub standard, cracked floor and wall tiles in the en suite, very dated decor, lumpy bed with a headboard screwed...

Staff were as helpful as possible but clearly there wasn't enough of them to cope with the amount of guests. Dinner was generous in portion size but arrived at the table cold so pretty disappointing. On the plus side,...

We have been traveling for 2 weeks and staying at different hotels most of the time. It was located in the same parking lot as the train station, so it was very easy to find. We had to park around the back of the hotel but there was an entrance there so it was ok. The hotel was big (comparing...

I think that the dinner here is very under rated - my girlfriend and I had a nice meal after studying all day and it was amazing! The price set for the meal was perfect. Ot wasn't too expensive and affordable!! The sea bass and the chicken hit the spot! On top of that the sticky toffee pudding was amazing!...
